If i could give zero stars, I would. First time there was ok. Slow service, understaffed, yet good food. The good food does not... compensate for anything. Second time I was there I wanted some arrachera with about more than one hour till close. According tothe staff the coals were put out for the day, so they had me wait an hour plus for that. Third time I ordered a chicken fordelivery of course with beans and rice, and an order of fries. Come to my surprise I receive my order and with the driver longgone, I head back inside and check my order and find out I only got the chicken, no beans, no rice, and no fries. Just finished ordering the steak Burrito. And it was very delicious the vegetables tasted very fresh. And the steak was nice and... chunky . Took about 10 to 15 minutes to receive my order not too bad, they did forget to put rice in the burrito .But definitelyredeemed them selfs and brought me a little side of rice . Their service is total garbage. Sometimes they even forget that they told you to park and have you waiting forever on the side.... Today I went for a couple of bowls and simply asked for limes on the side, girl said sure no problem and after a while shefinally came out with my food and told me that they don't give extra limes, I asked why? She simply said that they don't. Well Idon't expect anything for free just charge me for it. This was the last time I put up with their lame place. Save your time andmoney and avoid this place. Started off good, service was on point. We ordered the whole chicken with 2 sides and a burrito. The chicken came out quick,... literally 5mins. Downfall, the burrito took about 15mins, and our tortillas for the chicken too. By the time we got ourtortillas, the chicken was cold, but they kindly reheated it for us. So this review really is tough because I seriously wanted to love this place. I used to walk by it everyday on my way to the... orange line and it smelled so delicious. Well I stopped in today and all I can say is I was very much disappointed. It's thecase of reality not meeting expectations. First I have to say that I've only been once and maybe it was just a fluke. However,here are my issues. Their fountain machine did not work and that meant that the remaining options were very limited. Second theyran out of one of the things on the menu then I asked for. Third, I ordered the chicken breast and wing and when it came it hada lot less flavor than I was expecting based on the delicious smells always coming out of there. And it was also somewhat dry.Fourth, I was actually there for over 2 hours because I was having really great conversation with my company. During that time,once the food was served, we were only approached maybe one time to see if there was anything we needed. So again I'm not goingto say this place was the worst based on this one visit. However, I will say that first impressions mean a lot. Food presentation came out stupendously and service was excellent. Me and couple of co-workers went when I came, and were all... glad we got to experience the service. One co-worker even forgot his phone as we were leaving and one of the waitresses camerunning to our attention while in the street. Great 5 star experience. Read more
Great service, clean, just remodeled, and it has a drive thru! Plenty of parkin. Suggestions: If you're coming on a Tuesday or... Thursday for the Free w/ purchase chicken it's worth calling ahead (since everything is fresh) to minimize any waiting time. Istrongly recommend the Mesquite Steak/Chicken Bowl. Read more
I got their Tuesday special (buy one whole chicken, get a half chicken free) and it was a delicious and plentiful meal. It came... with tortillas, a side of rice, side of beans, and fire-roasted Jalapeños. It was so good and I am glad we had leftovers. Thatway I can eat and repeat. It's so good.
