The worst. How you 31 flavor and never have ice cream. I've been twice and they have been totally out of ice cream.
I went by the store at 103rd & King Drive yesterday about 6:30 PM. After waiting about 6-7 minutes to place my order, I was... approached by the male who was on duty. There was also a female on duty. I wanted a pint of French Vanilla ice cream and whenhe went to fill my order, I noticed that the container contained very little ice cream and some of it was dried up. I objectedto getting dried up ice cream and the man made no effort to get a fresh container or offer a different flavor. He walked awayand started speaking into his head set. I hesitated for a few seconds and then decided to leave the store due to unresponsiveservice. I'm embarrassed to have to report such poor service in our community. I plan to give my patronage to stores who takepride in giving excellent service. Baskin Robbins on 103rd and King Drive has set a very poor service standard. Read more
