We really had a bad experience last night. The guy ( Govindbhai) I guess from the receipt he gave us last night was very rude.... He asked us what we wanted when we went thru the drive thru and then again asked us the same order when we were at the window topick up. And then this guy was showing attitude and was rude. I guess this store needs a guy or girl who knows what they areselling. Hope the store works on that otherwise you will have no more customers. Thanks Read more
It's open 24 hours. It's the best drive thru in the area.
So straight up place has no drive thru window, we circled the drive thru and did not get any ice cream after ordering, should be... a sign or something to make it more obvious because I could not find it. Read more
Incredibly awful service (or, lack there of) with inept employees. Stood there waiting for more than 20 minutes, unattended,... unacknowledged - even after attempting to get their attention - while 3 employees walked around drinking, hiding in the samearea and talking amongst each other. There was no one in the drive thru and customers that were there had already been servicedduring this time. I was really annoyed to waste so much time there. Ended up going down the street to another location wheretheir employees were the complete opposite. With so many poor experiences, you would think something would change or theiremployees would be more attentive. Read more
Very poor establishment. The person taking the order wasn't even paying attention and told us to give him our order at the... window. I feel the person taking the order was very rude and unprofessional. I can't see myself coming back to this locationagain. As a white man i feel like I was being racially profiled. There was a very rude man tonight; he told my mother and I to leave. He even made that gesture you make with your hands to... indicate talking, saying that we were talking too much. We were still eating our ice cream cones. I understand that there is a20 minute customer stay limit, but we weren't even there that long. He also took a couple minutes to even acknowledge that wewalked in, so does that count as part of the 20 minute stay? I work as a manager at a major retail chain and know this isdefinitely NOT how you treat your customers. Read more
This place has a very rude manager with an attitude. I understand if you do not like your job. But at least put a smile on when... you come to work it's not too hard. If you don't like your job then just quit. Read more
