This place used to be better but the lasts few times I?ve gone here at certain times, items which used to be on their menu were... now excluded from their menu. They don?t sell malts anymore or have malted powder mix to make a customer a malted drink asopposed to a shake. Several times while going into this location, I wasn?t able to buy a Strawberry Smoothie (THEY WERE OUT) and today going in there I was served a small cup of vanilla yogurt ice cream, lots of ice and no Strawberry juice. I had towait until my drink was fully melted before I could drink the thing. The cashiers are always nice and the services is quick butthe lack of availability for these two items I find to be a bit problematic. They are still available on the menu and therestocking process is a must if you are planning to keep these items on the menu.Yeah, remodeling could help them a bit andthere is a lot of beggars in front of the store. Extremely rude and uncaring employees. Paid for a quart of ice cream, received a container of scoops. Ridiculous. When attempted... to speak to one of the staff she snapped me up like I was disturbing her. This place needs a total overhaul, management andstaff. A good cleaning wouldn't hurt either. Read more

Crazy scary cross contamination! As someone who is deathly allergic to nuts, I found three large chunks of a nut in my single... scoop sherbet with gummy bears. I saw flecks of something on top so I made my friend eat it and she found the large chunks ofnuts. Had I eaten that I would have gone into anaphylactic shock. Do better Baskin Robbins. Read more

A summer favorite that is open all year round. The only challenge is the homeless people that hang out in front of the store... most of the days you visit. They are harmless, but always soliciting. Read more

What?s the point of going out for ice cream if you get kicked out of the lobby? They also charged me $1 for a cup of tap water.... What inept and out-of-touch management. It was a very good milkshake though! That?s why it gets 2 stars and not 1. Read more
