Came here Saturday night. And was rudely told that the ice cream side was closed!!
RUDE and POOR customer service, i called to find an explanation to why my doordash order was wrong. Lady who answered the phone... kept saying denying such order but i checked with the app and customer service and it was the correct location. ABSOLUTE WORST BASKIN ROBINS TO GO TO. They get our orders wrong every time. All we ask for are 2 scoop sundaes and a few... toppings. And it's always "to go". They jam everything into a small cup, they have poor customer service. And they hardly everget the toppings right. Like really? Very disappointed. Read more
