Slow slow service said 25 min, took over 50 min to recieve one 16 piece chicken. Never called my order, I waited at a table for... the 50 minutes, thinking they must be real busy! I had to ask if my order was ready or what happened. The girl gave me thefood didn't even apologize for the wait. They don't even include the pickled radish I always get at the other locations, theywanted to charge extra. I would rather travel to the Naperville location in the Hmart or the Schamburg one, don't waste yourtime here. The breading on the chicken is so thick, not good. You can't order half and half chicken here like other locations,you only have 3 choices, just being lazy. Plenty of better options in Chinatown, let alone Chicagoland! Read more
Parasite came out of the chicken piece I just ate a few minutes ago. I am so shocked. As I expected, China is unbelievable.... Perhaps they use chicken, which is old and comes at a low price, as an ingredient. Parasites seem to come out like this becausechickens are not stored properly I believe. The quality of chicken is not that good too. People should check the chicken that isstored in the kitchen before they order. I don't want other people to experience such things as finding parasites from chickensjust they ate like me. Read more
For Korean-style fried chicken, bb.q does a great job in providing not greasy, crispy yet lightly battered, tender fried chicken... that’s delicious each time. Their original may be the best option as it provides a very flavorful and simple alternative toother restaurants that charge more per bite. I thought that their secret sweet sauce, though yummy, was too much in terms ofdrenching the chicken so that it wasn’t as crunchy.. however, this just means that I wouldn’t be ordering it again unlessthe sauce was a side. I’m very excited to try their other flavors, as the original was just SO good! This company is knownalso for ingenious packaging; it keeps the chicken warm, fresh, and crispy even during a long delivery or snowy day. I would100% recommend and return to this restaurant, hence the 5-stars though excess sauce (I used it as a dipping sauce for theoriginal). I find the price to be affordable as well, considering the quality and quantity compared to other Korean-styleplaces. Read more
So... I ordered the half & half. The side the was supposed to be the Hot spicy chicken looks nothing like the pictures. I'm... saying this because I've ordered from here numerous times and every time I receive food that looks the same as what'sadvertised.
