It’s hidden place from the main Michigan Ave. It’s located in the hospital. Place looks cozy and chick, Food menu are great... and healthy food. Cocktails are good too. Recommend for groups of friends or colleagues. Read more
This Beatrix is located conveniently next to Northwestern Hospital. The coffee was hot, strong, and good quality. The food was... top notch too. The non traditional pancakes were soft and moist. The oatmeal was probably the best restaurant oatmeal I havehad. I would recommend. Read more
Just ran in for a coffee and ended up also purchasing an oatmeal butterscotch cookie. It was buttery and delicious! The coffee... was flavorful with great happy notes of nuttiness and earthiness. The space is great for enjoying coffee, tea, brunch inside oroutside. The barista was helpful and knowledgeable about the brews. Read more

Wow, this place was recommended by many locals in the area. Chicago is famous for good food and Beatrix is one of those places... where you can't go wrong with your selection. Excellent dining experience! Wait wasn’t too bad in a crowded restaurant. Hostess got us seated within 30 minutes. Richard was... a wonderful server. Prompt with drinks, food order & followups. Highly enjoyed the egg white omelette which was made toperfection and a good healthy portion. We split the lemon pancakes (sans powdered sugar)…literally melted in our mouths.Pineapple Habanero Margarita was stellar. Also recommend the Pour Decision for a lighter more refreshing libation. Bakery itemscalled (loudly) to us on the way out “Don’t leave me!” We honored the call & got a single lemon angel food muffin to takeaway. Beatrix did not disappoint. Read more
Really nice breakfast place in the River North area. I had never eaten shakshouka before, and I gotta say, the way they make it... here is delicious. Also had a pumpkin muffin that was really good, not too sweet. Read more
