Really disappointed because my kids love this place but tonight experience was the worst. We have order from this place over 9x.... I called to place a order today for delivery provided the first guy with my phone number and account number he told me thatthere was no rewards under that account number when I asked if he could explain what the beggar bucks consist of since that wasmy first time seeing them on the account and there was also a free reward if he can explain how that works for one free item heagain stated that there were no rewards on my account and for the free item I will have to place an order online or in store notfor delivery. I than ask to speak with a supervisor and/or manager and he got her in a timely fashion. The manager gets on theline very rude and very nasty and tell me there was no account under my phone number. I have order from this location many oftimes and had never experienced this bad service so it was very disheartening to get this type of service. I than provided herwith my account number and my email address provided by the beggars app and she states there were no account with my phonenumber. I provide her with the number again and stated that that number is the account number provided from her employer. Sheask me to repeat it. I give her the number again. This time the number pops up with my phone number, she never apologized fortheir error just continue to be rude. I have had the same phone number for 14 years and have used it for each order placed. Mykids really wanted a pizza and wings and we ended up not placing an order because she was so rude and I don't believe inspending my money with an establishment that treat or talk to me like I'm trash. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Called at 3:15 to make my order. They told me 45 minutes came at 4:15 just to be on the... safe side. Just to find out they haven't even put my order in. clearly hear the guy say "we haven't even put this order in" theyask the cook and I hear him at the counter saying in spanish "va a tardar un chingo" while im there listening. so they tell meIt'll be another 30 minutes. Then the girl at the counter just tells me "I just got here" like saying not my fault whateverhappened while I wasnt here. what kind of customer service is this? Never coming back again. Read more
The pizza had No sauce! Too many sausages. Phone person said they don?t delivery to me then i called again and asked for the... manager then all of sudden they delivery to me. The oak lawn location wouldn?t drive 4 extra blocks, so i called this place. Iwill be calling in the morning for a refund. I can bring the pizza back if you want it. Read more

Highly Disappointed after my experience tonight with this location very upset with my order on tonight and I will not order for... a long time, I will give my hard working money to Giordano's... I called the location they picked up and placed me on holdwithout saying anything.. This is our pizza night place. We always order for delivery. Delicious deep dish is our regular. Friendly drivers. Good staff.
