This restaurant definitely needs a better management! We came in Saturday night around 9:50 pm with no reservations and got... seated at 10:00 pm with six more people, so nine people total in one hibachi table! A server came to take an order at 10:30pm The chef came to cook at 11:15 pm 1:15 hrs wait for food to be cooked ! Seriously I understand you can be busy over aweekend but communicate better. If you’re busy and understaffed don’t take more customers and have them wait for 2 hrs toget their food!!!! Don’t wonder why the Staff has poor service; the tip is already added it. Read more

I mean…I can’t front. I was disappointed. We went to celebrate my daughter’s 8th grade graduation. Our chef saved this... experience because it was sub par. The floors were dirty, the bathroom floor was sticky. We were seated for about 35min beforewe got water, I asked for new plates but I could run my fingers across the plates and see the grease on my fingers, and thesilverware had bad water stains and looked like it came from the dollar store. It was just wayyyy below what I expected for theprices. I spent 208.00, including the $35 tip. My server maybe could’ve been better, but my rating is more based on mydisappointment. She responded very well to our requests and was kind. But I expected so much more. This was my first habachiexperience and I was just not impressed. But our chef did a good job of entertaining the kids and it was a lot of food. Read more

Good Japanese restaurant located in Michigan Ave, but not my favorite restaurant. We were seated by the bar since the restaurant... was fully booked today. So we missed the cooking show ???? The bartender working there was a nice behaved girl. The food tasteand quality was okay. One of the managers told us their dressings are homemade and amazing. I recommend check out this place atleast once for just the experience. Read more

The garlic butter in the fried rice is delicious and really sets this hibachi apart from others I've had in the past and the... sushi is good as well. But with that being said, the food is a bit overpriced. You can get as good or better hibachi at manyother places for a more affordable price. Read more

The price for the 6 course meals is great! We came down to celebrate a birthday. It was worth it. Sushi was great. The chef... seemed uncomfortable or shy but did his best to put on a great service at a great speed. Super sweet guy. There was an errorand delay with my drink and I had to remind the server 3x to check after 1hr of waiting. It was awkward to have to ask severaltimes but she kindly explained and then brought it out right. Full disclosure: the tables are shared. We reserved a table andwere ender the impression we would be seated in our own table but it was shared service. Our party and two other parties wereseated with us. We didn't mind this part. If anyone is curious about wait time.We waited a little over 1hr for the chef tocome. Arrived at 7:15pm left at 10pm. Still worth it. Read more

We had a part of 7 last night and our entire experience was AMAZING! We were seated as soon as everyone arrived. The service... was outstanding, and Chef Robert was wonderful! The food was incredible, and the Chef did an amazing job with all our foodsensitivities in the group! We had so much fun with Chef Robert as he did a great job entertaining us. Birthday dinner. The people were pleasant and attentive. We loved the service and paid the bull then added extra cash tip for... service done right. We all ordered steak and chicken. I added lobster tail. They were attentive to my sister's shellfishallergy and cooked food safely cleaning in between. Everything was seasoned well and we were very happy. Lemon drop alcoholdrink was wonderful with a nice balance of alcohol and sugar. Meal was salad, soup with lots of mushroom and onion, noodles withzucchini/onion/mushrooms, and then chicken fried rice instead of steamed with steak and chicken. The chef put on a show. He wasvery nice. Every bit was worth the dollar and I didn't feel it was expensive. Read more
