Bob-O's (along with their other place Rand Red Hots) hot dogs w/ fresh cut fries are better than Gene & Judes IMHO! They have a... great Italian Beef and Combo also. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 Stars, is because every once in awhile, their roastbeef juice tends to be watered down and on the bland side. Excellent Italian Beef. They don't skimp on the beef. If you get cheese fries ask for the cheese on the side.

I love these neighborhood hot dog joints throughout Chicago and Bob-O's is one of the best I've had. The fresh cut fries were... soo good and I had a cheezy beef with sweet peppers and its was big and good! Only thing, if you're coming to Bob-O's, it iscash only, so be prepared!! Read more
