Turn down the volume. My wife and I have historically enjoyed Bodega Sur having eaten there with friends several times over the... last couple of years. However, our most recent experience, (6:30pm-8:30pm), was horrible. The volume of the music made it verydifficult to have a conversation. My request to our server did not result in any change. I asked and was told that there wasno manager on duty. The highest level employee was reportedly the bar tender. The bar tender said she would not turn down themusic because the younger patrons at the bar liked loud music. Just to check, I ask two younger couples dining adjacent to ourtable if the music seemed usually loud. Both couple had that the same view we did regarding the volume. One couple, dining outon date night, said they had also never heard music this loud at Bodega Sur. The owners should have a manager on duty and notlet employee (s) decide to change the character of a wonderful restuarant into a loud nightclub Read more

Perfect spot to grab a drink or bottle of wine at while waiting for Tango Sur! The cocktails were delicious and the wine very... fairly priced while also providing some unique South American options/varietals to pair with your meal! Read more

Been here for pre-dinner drinks and brunch. Cocktails are very good and the vibe is pretty romantic with lighted candles. For... brunch, I have had the Flatbread, blueberry pancakes, and huevos rancheros. All entrees were good portions and filling. The cafecon leche is also really good. Dog friendly outdoor patio. Great restaurant, their drinks is pretty good. Service was very friendly. The only reason why I would give 4 stars is because my... steak was extremely salty, so that lost a bit of the magic for me. Read more

This place is amazing! Firstly, I have to say that the service is very very good. The lady at the entrance(Katherine) offered us... to switch to a better table by the window, without us even asking for it, which made the entire dinner even better. The food wasdelicious and fresh. We asked for a provoleta(a type of grilled cheese), and empanadas for appetizers. Then, we had thechoriboard and a "tabla gaucha" (assortment of grilled meats cooked to order, which is something typical from Argentina: a"parrillada"), and the meats were so tender and well seasoned (just salt, the Argentinian way). For dessert we had an "alfajor"with coffee. Excellent! As I said before, the service was excellent: our waitress, the people who assisted the waitress withwater and other things, the lady at the entrance... Outstanding! I highly recommend this place! Thank you Bodega Sur for anamazing evening!! Read more

I?ve been coming to Tango Sur and Bodega Sur for several years and always had a positive experience. I decided to come here with... my family to celebrate my mom?s birthday. I made a reservation ahead of time and arrived 10 minutes late due to being being inTango Sur initially. There was a mixed up which isn?t a big deal, so I went to Bodega Sur to checked in . The hostess said that? Your 10 minutes late and we only hold a table for 10 minutes ? . Which didn?t make much sense since we did checked in withinthe 10 minute mark . We explained her the situation and she stated ?There?s nothing I can do sorry? . We asked to speak to asupervisor and owner and said , ? I do not know who they are ? This was very upsetting since she was not being very helpful andasked us to go outside . We were finally able to speak to the supervisor ?Valeria? and she changed the whole experience for us .She informed us that a table would be opening soon and that we can wait inside. She greeted us very kindly and apologized fortheir rude hostess. She always checked on us and made sure that we were taken care with BEST. The food was delicious and madethe whole situation like it never happened . We ordered the gaucha dish that serves two people. On top of that ?Valeria?brought my mom a birthday dessert and singed to my mom . This absolutely melt my heart and we all had happy tears ????????????This place is a great place to bring families and will go out of their way to make it memorable ! Keep up the hard work andthank you for making it special for us ! Read more

Ordered takeout from this place for the first time last night and was pleasantly surprised. A 10 out of 10 first impression. I... ordered the Lomo Bodega steak, that was medium rare the way I ordered. There was a well served salad as a side, the chimichurrisauce was on point. Also ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and it was delicious. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out a bagwith fresh bread (still warm) that they?d usually serve at the restaurant if you were dining in person and a generous amount ofbutter to go with them as well. Loved my 1st experience with Bodega Sur and now looking forward to dining in with them in personin the near future as well! Read more

Exquisite dining experience at Bodega Sur. Rolled in on a Thursday with a group of five ready to chow down. The atmosphere of... this small restaurant is lovely, would make a phenomenal date spot. Started our feast with some sweet beef empanadas andcharcuterie to share - highly recommend both, but the main course was the star of the show. We ordered two Tabla Gauchas for ourgroup (pictured below) which was PLENTY of food. Everything on this lovely platter of meats hit the spot. More than reasonableprices for the quality of food and attentive service. Nothing bad to say about this joint, hope to return in the near future. Read more
