The fried chicken and the coleslaw are really good, so we like to come back for that. The staff is generally nice but not that... attentive and sometimes it takes really long to get the food. Overall I'd say the food is worth the wait especially since wedon't really have it very often. Read more

We got the Japchae, Kimchi Bacon House Fried Rice, and Soy Garlic Boneless Wings. I really liked the japchae. It was hot... (temperature) and delicious. The glass noodles were very chewy and a bit hard to break. The fried rice tasted great as well butsome rice were clumped together and the dish was almost at room temperature. I loved that the bacon was chewy. The soy garlicboneless wings were crispy on the outside and the sauce was ok. I could tell that soy was there but it could be more garlic-y. Read more

Usually the chicken is sooo good (perfectly tender, meaty, and crispy), but this time, I got the chicken strips and most of them... were really thin and grisly/tough. Disappointed because I usually love Bonchon! :( Read more

Loved the shumai and the Korean fried chicken. We dined in the first night. 2nd day I ordered curbside pickup and it was ready... right away. The disappointment was that she wouldn?t give me ranch sauce without charging me when I ordered 20 wings. Read more

Ordered their lunch special and ate inside- 4 wings and two insanely large drums. I chose the pickled radishes for my side dish.... The lunch special prices were super affordable for the quality (it was under $10). I got the soy garlic sauce and loved it.Super crispy and meaty. They didn?t skimp, each piece was large! Side dish was amazing- I scarfed it down. The customer servicewas really really nice, each of the girls that served me were very kind and personable. We had one hiccup w the beer I orderedbut it honestly wasn?t their fault AT ALL- The keg was hooked up to a diff beer. They comped my bill for the drink so I tippedthem graciously because they didn?t have to do that! Will definitely return to try another lunch special (maybe that fried riceI was eyeing??). Even their to-go box was so cute and they gave me a bag (which may seem like a small token but it really goesto show they care).Thanks again! Read more

As a Korean raised in US I always crave for fried chickens. Well, who doesnt really. Anyway, Bonchon is famous for their crunchy... chicken which I could not resist back in early 2010s. However I am not sure if it is just me, but each location taste a littledifferent. I've had Bonchon chickens in 6 different states, at least 10 different locations but this location is unique on itsown. Spicy flavor is a lot spicier than other locations, on average crunch level. I think side dishes were better on otherlocations. Also, the spicy chicken taco was a bit too much on mayo and again pretty spicy. It could be just me though. Otherthan that, the service was exceptional. Nice and friendly staffs, welcomed us and well managed our requests. Read more
