One of the best restaurants I've ever been in Chicago. Me and my mother-in-law stayed at Waldorf Astoria Chicago so we try here... to spend our f&b credits. This place went way above my expectation. The waiting area was beautiful photo spot. Foods weredelicious. Dessert was a little bit underwhelmed for the price. Most of all, the service from waiter was excellent. I had to aska manager and gave her complement for the waiter. He constantly was filling up our water cups and check us frequently. I wasvery surprised that he did such an excellent job at busy Mother's day weekend. I will definitely will go back to this restaurantagain. Highly recommend! Read more

Ambience is good. It’s very quiet on Saturday morning which is what I wanted. One waiter is nice and the other one not very... attentive. French onion soup is too salty. Steak and eggs is well made, steak is medium as I asked for. Crispy outside andtender inside. Coffee is fine. Read more

Food was very good. Waiter was attentive but lukewarm and didn't give us the same warm greeting and menu explanation as other... waiters did for others. Had to ask for explanation of things he should have done up front. Would definitely come back as it is alovely restaurant. Just feel like the service should have been better at a Waldorf restaurant. We came here with girlfriends for a Sunday brunch. We made reservation couple days prior. Food was good but unfortunately... service was very slow and as great as we expected it. General atmosphere is nice and they had a live music . I would say nothingcrazy special about this French place except that it’s in very luxurious hotel located. Read more

The Brasserie was a convenient restaurant choice during our stay at the Waldorf Astoria. The restaurant is notable for its... 1920s-inspired decor with a clean and modern vibe. For breakfast, we enjoyed the quiche and the salmon Benedict. The food wasgood but under-seasoned. The poached eggs on the Benedict were slightly overcooked and did not have the runny yolks as istraditional for this dish. The service was slow. It took over a half hour to get our food. Considering their limited menu andthe expense, I would expect top-notch flavors and faster service. (We spent nearly $70 for a breakfast for two.) For thesereasons, it's worth going to this restaurant once to try it, but it's better to save your money and enjoy a better mealelsewhere. Read more

We came here on a Sunday brunch. Our dining experienced here was so much fun! We enjoyed the delicious food (The Brasserie... French Toast is the bomb!, Steak and Eggs (mouth watering), the quiche for the day was savory that satisfied our palate andtastebuds! Good service! Our waiter Seth was very observant, they gave me another glass of hot chocolate as if they read mymind. Sent me a steak knife right away when they noticed I don't have one. Those small things that made our experienced hereextra special. The Jazz Live Band playing was very good. It gave a classy vibes in the place. This particular band only playsevery Sunday, so we will see them again. We really like them. (Ive heard There's also other bands that play during the week). Wewill definitely coming back here as we love the food, the service and totally like the classy vibes in this cozy, stylist, restaurant. Read more
