I have always gotten the freshest pizza from Lou's! Whether I take it to go, or order delivery, it's piping hot with fresh... ingredients! My driver reminds me to tip, but I wouldn't "not" tip him. I know gas is crazy and I appreciate the delivery.Thanks Lou's! Read more

Pizza took over an hour to be done for pick up. They had told us 40 minutes so I went after 45 minutes and then they told me it... would take another 20 minutes. I returned then and it took another 15 minutes. Pizza was good but they need to be better withtiming. Read more

First time getting deep dish in Chicago and was told to give this place a go even though it was a chain. It wasn?t bad but... nothing that blew my socks off. Staff was very friendly. One thing that was odd, was that they ran out of pepperoni. Probablythe most popular ingredient and they ran out of it. Supply chain issues I guess. Read more

The crust was good. For what it was worth; pretty expensive pizza. I got the Lous pizza in a medium Size and it cost $28. The... pizza is very filling, though. I had to transport this back, so it got really soggy. This is best eaten fresh at therestaurant, but there is no where to dine in inside. Service was meh. I can see the appeal, but not my favorite style of pizza. Read more

Really enjoy their pizza and this place offers the both take out or delivery. You can customize the pizza if you call or order... on their application and I have enjoyed their thin crust plus their promotions. These last times, they do curb side pick up sothey do come out to know what you are picking up and they will bring it out to you. They have free parking and you may walk upto pickup. Will come back. To be honest, I just don't get the hype! I know it's a Chicago favorite, but I was underwhelmed. And I feel like this isn't... really deep dish. We got a Chicago Classic Deep Dish for takeout. Nice big chunks of tomatoes, some sausage, but hardly anysauce. It was mostly tomatoes. The butter crust is pretty good! But really, I felt like there wasn't much there. I will never come back. Every time I order something from here I am always having an issue. I use this location since its close... to my work place but I rather just go somewhere else. I place a large order for my co-worker, got my order. I didn't get thecorrect size wings (not enough seasoning), I also ordered a salad which looked super old. The manager said they make the saladfresh. This looked like it was in the fridge on its last day to be eaten. I order (3) pizza's any they were all cold. What did Iwait 45mins for??
