We went on a Sunday night at 7 and it wasn?t busy. Our server was sweet and our food was good. BUT the hostess looked miserable.... Took us forever to get sat when there wasn?t anyone there and she didn?t even walk us all the way to the table?she pointed.Either give this girl a raise so she enjoys herself or hire someone who knows how to smile. When we arrived we waited for 5 minutes before we finally sat ourselves and then the hostess came and said ?yes it?s good sit... anywhere? then we waited even longer to get service and finally got up to get help. When the food came we didn?t havesilverware or our waters and realized it so again, had to get it ourselves and asked another waiter we never got our waters ifwe could please have some. We ordered two Mac and cheese as well and they served it in soda cup sizes??? Overall the servicewas terrible for a place that wasn?t busy at all and there was no reason to wait so long for service. A pretty typical BWW location. The food is good and the interior is clean. The service is why I only give 2 stars. They are... horribly understaffed and the waiters there act like they don't care. The last time I went I had to walk out because our waitercame by and said "I'll be right with you" three times over the course of 45 minutes. I asked for a manager and they sent me totalk to the bartender who said she couldn't help me and asked me to wait even longer. Go to a different BWW unless they starthiring more staff that actually have a work ethic. Read more
Friendly waitstaff. It was super dead so we sat ourselves. The peppy music was strange because everyone eating in that... restaurant honestly seemed depressed. But hey? We enjoyed it! Listed happy hour on their digital menu but didn?t say whatdrinks so we ended up ordering two that didn?t qualify and paying $22 when we thought it?d be $12. Read more
I often come here to eat and watch games(basketball,football,UFC) with my friends. Place is amazing and always busy. Staff is... great and provides excellent service. Service is slow at a time considering the place is really huge. Great place for sportslovers to have some cold ones with their friends. I love their BOGO boneless wings offer on Thursdays with wide variety offlavours. Usually it is easy to get a table but on Thursday and on weekends, i would suggest to reserve table in advance. I enjoyed the hospitality of our host Lola! She was incredibly attentive to the guest, engaging, and knowledgeable of menu... specials. I often walk a facility before dining and this day was no different. I was happy to find clean bathrooms and maindining hall. The sidewalk was properly cleared of snow and no trash was visible. This Lincoln Park location proved to be ahidden gem and one I plan the frequent more often. Read more
I ordered online to pickup and it took about 25 minutes for it to be ready and when I arrived it was ready. The lady in front... was ok, not friendly but was able to find my order right away and gave it to me. The order was correct, on the the hand it wasbarely warm. Will try again. awful experience. was put on hold for 30 minutes, and when we called back to get an answer, we had to recall five times because... they continued to hang up on us. When we finally reached out to corporate, they gave us the bare minimum refund of our missingitems and the delivery fees which we were charged, even though we ended up picking up our order. Read more
