Looking for authentic Pakistani food in Chicago, you need to check out Bundoo Khan ASAP! Walking on Devon Ave and noticed this... place was packed and decided to give it a try and it was the best decision. The food was absolutely delicious. As you walk into the restaurant you are welcomed with the amazing aroma of the freshly prepared kabobs. There is a glass wall and you can seethe kabobs getting prepared. We didn?t have reservations so put our names on the gwaitlist. We were seated within 15 minutes.The place was super busy and rightfully so. We tried the zinger burger, highway chicken Karahi, grill meat platter, daal, andnaan. I can?t rave about the food enough, it was perfectly cooked and the portions size was great. The dishes are so fresh andflavorful. The highway karahi is the star dish and a must try. The grill platter was also so good and kabobs were moist and notdry at All. Daal also tasted really good. The zinger burger was so tasty and juicy. Special mention for the fries, you can?tstop eating them. Check out Bundoo Khan to enjoy some traditional Pakistani dishes. Highly Recommend ! Read more
I was very hesitant to try this place but Boy, Am I glad I did. Everything we ordered was yummy.Service was slow but table... attendant were good. Staff was friendly and super welcoming. Food takes time as nothing is precooked - they cook it just the wayits at home. Read more
Undoubtedly it?s way way better then Sabri nihari. Bundoo khan truly have flavor in their food. We ordered tikka kabab platter... full on spicy and their malai boti and seekh kabab was beyond what words can say. And their naan were good as well & I lovetheir highway karahi. Such a unique flavor and it?s spicy just the way we wanted. Whenever I?ll visit Chicago again would loveto go back their and try some more food. Loved it. Read more
Ordered Kabab Platter, Highway Goat and Dry Chicken Karahi. Everything was amazing. Platter is must try. 4 starts because the... staffs were pretty annoying. We were group of 4 people and were waiting for 4th person to arrive before ordering. They keptasking if were ready for order. Same thing after we were done eating. As soon as we were done, they asked for check. They werenot even busy. May be 15% occupancy. Overall good restaurant with lots of amazing dishes and flavors. Read more
On Sunday we 6 friends went to Bundoo Khan for a dinner whenever you are going to Bundoo Khan make sure you had to wait for at... least 15-30 minutes for table. If you want to save your time order while you are waiting in waiting area so it couldn?t wastemore time for you. Their taste is delicious and it?s the best restaurant in Chicago especially on Devon street. They had avariety of Pakistani cuisine. We ordered fries as a starter and then ordered highway?s chicken krahi, Chicken Tika, Behari botiand soft drinks. It?s expensive but yes taste is very good. Read more
wonderful experience, we tried mixed grill karahi and biryani and everything was so flavourful. we were on a 4 day trip and had... to go back on the last day to taste the grill again. After a very long time I enjoyed the food, service and ambiance all at the same time at a Pakistani restaurant. The... establishment is clean with tasteful decore, proper lighting and gorgeous paintings. I ordered Highway chicken karahi with beefbehari kababs and naan.....absolutely delicious. The best part is service, from hostess to servers, all staff members wereprofessionally dressed up and taking care of the customers. This kind of service is rare these days!
