Food is good. Speed is ... not good. Frequently wait 10 minutes or more for food to be handed out. Today, watched my sandwich... sit on their counter for at least 7 minutes, not bagged, not handed out. All they had to do was bag it with fries and hand it tome, but it sat 7 minutes. I have also had to sit at a register for a couple minutes waiting for someone to notice. It seems likethey just outright abandon the lobby in favor of drive thru. I go to Buona a few times a month traveling from lakefront. The cooks yesterday actually made my food perfect. I got a barbecue... chicken pizza and two burgers with extra lettuce and tomato. I was impressed. Read more
This fast food restaurant has the best customer service out of every fast food restaurant I've been to. They give you extra... condiments and ingredients without complaining. They are friendly and the food is so delicious. I love the chicken avocado bowlwith spinach and the pizza! I go almost 4 times a week. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service! Read more
This was my very first time at this place and from looking at the website to seeing it in person I got excited to take the... family out to dinner. The place was clean and neat just as I would imagine it.but on to the food it was a bit pricey but I wasok with that but the size of my large beef sandwich looked liked a small not what I'm used to and it was very salty bigdisappointment it felt like I was eating a salt sandwich which ruined my experience for the first time.
