Food is good. Speed is ... not good. Frequently wait 10 minutes or more for food to be handed out. Today, watched my sandwich... sit on their counter for at least 7 minutes, not bagged, not handed out. All they had to do was bag it with fries and hand it tome, but it sat 7 minutes. I have also had to sit at a register for a couple minutes waiting for someone to notice. It seems likethey just outright abandon the lobby in favor of drive thru. As a result of the wait, my sandwich was lukewarm, not hot. Also,it feels like the sandwiches got a bit smaller. Read more
I go to Buona a few times a month traveling from lakefront. The cooks yesterday actually made my food perfect. I got a barbecue... chicken pizza and two burgers with extra lettuce and tomato. I was impressed. Read more
This fast food restaurant has the best customer service out of every fast food restaurant I've been to. They give you extra... condiments and ingredients without complaining. They are friendly and the food is so delicious. I love the chicken avocado bowlwith spinach and the pizza! I go almost 4 times a week. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service! Read more
This was my very first time at this place and from looking at the website to seeing it in person I got excited to take the... family out to dinner. The place was clean and neat just as I would imagine it.but on to the food it was a bit pricey but I wasok with that but the size of my large beef sandwich looked liked a small not what I'm used to and it was very salty bigdisappointment it felt like I was eating a salt sandwich which ruined my experience for the first time. Nasty they smash the meat up do not taste like not Italian beef meat just all beard where the cheese never again
The food here is delicious! I ordered a burger and cheese fries. My daughter got the kids cheese pizza and a vanilla milkshake,... she also enjoyed her lunch. The restaurant is clean and the customer service is great! Read more
Best Italian beef in Chicagoland. The spices in the gravy are key. I love mine with red sauce and mozzarella. Everything off... the menu is really good, including the fries. Always friendly service here too. Restaurant was clean and inviting. Read more
The food was good. They did forget one of our meals and that person had to wait about 15 additional minutes. The pasta serving... did feel like they were skimpy a bit but at least it tasted good. Read more
