Ugh? no ketchup again. 9 out of 10 times you won?t ketchup in the order. I have to eat plain fries again. Seriously, if there... are fries in the order, you should automatically include some ketchup. Not everyone carries ketchup at work. There is no optionwhere you can leave a note on the website for requests when placing an order, except at the end where you can leave instructionsfor delivery. Service was great. The young lady was good at taking our order and promoting other products, but my bacon burger was not. I'm... sorry. It did not taste"good". I guess that's why I've only visited "The King" a handful of times in 60 years!???? Read more
I made the mistake of ordering inside 5 cars in drive tru were serviced before me great job guys. And I only ordered 1 whopper... yes 1 one took 18 minutes to get it. No one in the dine in area I guess if you walk in you do matter but they did take my $$ Read more
I stopped at this bk,cermak and 1rst ave near maywood Illinois, service was great. Food was absolutely terrible. Fries were... cold, the cookies i ordered were so hard i couldn't bite them and the chking sandwich........OMG.......i really think whoever isin charge of the store should tell the workers there,that you cant cook a sandwich 4 hours ago and expect that sandwich to begood 5hours later,thats how it tasted. Ruberry is an understatement ,i had to throw it away it was so bad. It was only 8pm. Itwasn't closing time so i thought food would have been prepared as such.....fresh. Customer service ok, speed ok, but food, it was terrible. Asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and 4 piece mozzarella sticks. The... mozzarella sticks were old, greasy and soggy. Now about the burger, the patty super greasy too and cold, presentation gave me abad impression, and there was a sauce all over the paper.
