I purchashed french toast sticks and hashbrowns. I asked for a cup of water and the lady said they didnt have any cups. So I ordered through the app today for the first time... The instructions were to take a seat and they will call my order # ..... there was only one person in the dinning room and myself. They did not call me after 10 mins. I also ordered this to dine in.They had my order in a bag on the warmer this whole time. When I tasted the whopper it was semi warm not really fresh. I really Like the impossible whopper, its great and if you ask for no cheese no mayo its the best fast food Vegan sandwich out... there. Not particularly healthy but really yummy. Unfortunately they dont order enough and were out again when I went therelast. And they used to include it in the 2 for 6 bucks special and stopped doing that. I'm really disappointed. How do you runOUT and your a big food chain? The drive thru here makes it impossible to back out or go around once your in the drive thru laneso you stuck in the line even though you cant order anything since thats the only thing you can eat. I usually don?t like going to fast food places but this Burger King is my go to spot. If I want something fresh I ask and they... will give it to me fresh. I?ve seen that this store has a lot of people with nasty attitude, if people can?t have proper mannersor can?t be patient then don?t go to any fast food these stores are underemployed and try their best to do what they can. Bathroom is atrocious smh. Need to do better at cleaning bathroom & customer eating area b/c there were crumbs still all over... the place from previous customers at tables. Place is nice but cleanliness is next to godliness & this ain?t it ??????????? Read more
Very disappointed!!! Are you guys charging extra for napkins? Cause I received non at all and if I needed to pay for some i... would, especially since my soda was handed to me just as you see in the picture. Not only was my soda messed up but my meal wasmessed up as well if I tell you no onions no tomatoes it?s probably for a reason because I?m either I?m allergic or I reallydon?t like those two items so I don?t expect them to be in my nine dollar burger that I just paid for. I I think corporate needsto come down and have a customer service training class again also a how to prepare a soda and someone?s meal class again. Terrible!!! This was supposed to be a whopper jr Looks like they found the last 2 pieces of meat that was just chilling and put... it on a bun and sold it to me. It?s not even that the meat broke in half. Looks like possibly 2 desperate pieces they hoped thecheese would camouflage. Then on top of that the burger wasn?t warm. Large Coffee, chicken fries and onion rings... Not a complicated order to go however it shouldn't require a manager to submit... the special side order of "chicken fries". Suggest this Burger King provide better tools to order at the POS. Other than thehiccup at the counter, the location is very well kept and clean. Our coffee and onion rings save the day, while kitchen staffshould be praised for delivering speedy items. Read more
