I ordered coffee - not expecting the best experience (it?s Burger King). The coffee was TERRIBLE. I could taste that the... decanter wasn?t clean. I called back to the store to inform them to clean the coffee maker, and was told ?we cleaned ityesterday?? it?s 845 AM, and NRA standard says ?clean it DAILY? - at least once per day. The rest of the food was standard BK,but buyer beware. The health department should come through and review their cleaning standards. If I could give less than onestar, I would Read more

Have been going to this Burger King for a few months now, service is fine and the food is mostly fast, very typical of any fast... food place. However, I typically order online, and pick up in store as I have no vehicle. I was asked to walk through the drivethrough on foot this evening, which made me feel very unsafe. I was unaware their dining room closed at 8pm, and arrived at 8:14Saturday evening to get my online order, where I selected walk-in as the way to pick-up. I tried to get an employees attentionfrom outside the locked doors for 5 minutes but was ignored, simply being waved off. I have worked food service for years, andunderstand that many customers will ignore dining room rules, but this wasn't what I was trying to do and just needed anemployee to resolve this. I called the store, and they picked up on the second ring. After explaining my issue I was asked tocome up to the drive through window when cars were actively driving in to order. This was my only option other than refundingthe order, so I walked up after a large pickup and was advised to always come up to the drive window when the dining room isclosed. While this may have been a quick fix for the employees, I have never worked or been to a drive through where this isremotely allowed, it endangers pedestrians and drivers who are not expecting non-vehicles in the drive lane. I also did notreceive my full order, my appetizer and ice cream was omitted from what was given to me, but I did not want to stay trappedbetween cars in the drive through. Read more

Everyone here is so nice and they make my food great. I had a bad experience with one worker the other day, but that's not a... reflection of the whole place and the staff. I go there all the time, and this is a really good crew, reasonably fast and theymake the food right. Read more

Just left there....service was ok. However no receipt given...this seems to be a common practice amongst Chicago service people.... My croissant was good, Hash browns were old, and my eggnormous burrito didn't have one strip bacon in it. My biggest complaintwas the self serve fountain drink station was out of service. I asked the young lady for a refill from behind the counter andshe replied "we don't do refills" which seemed illogical since they have a self service machine in the dining area that was outof order. Sounds like she pulled that one out of her rear end. Read more

The location/ interior r outdated. Food could of been warmer. Great employee attitude. Very positive & cheerful young man.

This BK has been here for years & it does show. Great attitude from the young man running the counter. The food (family combo)... was average but could b a little warmer. Oh yeah when did they only fill fries half full? & no hot sauce. This place can use alittle luv. Still a wonderful location (convenient). Kudos to the young man @ counter for his awesome skills, make him atrainer. Read more
