2/3 rds of the menu board was not working. I ordered a fish sandwich off the working menu board. It was good. The sole person... working was exceptionally helpful as I couldn't get the buttons to work on the drink machine, but after he pushed them a fewtimes he got it to work. This Burger King is in the Lincoln Park neighborhood, and I was expecting it to be much nicer thanwhat it is. Really needs a facility upgrade!! Read more
The Manager: Josyln was working hard - since one of her employees called off - taking orders - drive thru n dine in- she still... provided service with a smile - n then seen her throwing out garbage on her own - I helped her clean the counter since theleast I can do - she didn?t expect that n she really appreciated the help - one of my new favorite spots to enjoy a quickdelicious meal !!! How u dont serve breakfast and its not 10:30 my mom pulled up at 10:12 watched as someone else ordered then was told they... stopped serving at 10 and it was per location that changes their times? dont waste your time here and clearly they cant do theirjob now u left my child hungry and no other option given smh Read more
My 1rst visit & my last visit. Worst place to come & order a spicy chicken sandwich here. Mine came out slimy, as if someone... spitted in the sauce. Very cleverly disrespectful people work here. I had to let these new customers know what just happenedto me, so that they can be observant and safe with there food. The manager was about to say something to me, but turned backaround & went inside without saying a word, I guess she realized her employees were on the wrong. * It ain't funny to tamperwith peoples food. This location had 3 customers inside and a few in drive through. They took 30 min to get our order of 1 jr. whopper and some... chicken fries. No napkins or ketchup provided. French fries and chicken fries were cold and stale tasting. Change youroil! After waiting 20 min for our order, went to check and the people had forgotten about it. The cashier was in a huge hurry towalk away every time someone approached the counter. Avoid this place. Read more
Angelica and George served us yesterday. We are vegan so there's not much for us if we want some fast food, usually just fries... (these were hot even when we got home to Old Town). We got the Impossible Whoppers, double patties, with extra pickles,tomatoes, lettuce and onion, no buns (in a salad bowl) and fries each. Sometimes when you ask for this the staff don't putenough salad even though you are paying for extra to get a protein salad, so you want the veg! George made these very well.Proper amounts of vegetables for our salad, they remembered no mayo (unlike the online order delivery team who did not put extrasalad and put mayo in!). We came here before on 23rd April 2022 at 19:00 and we got the same courteous, friendly, and effectiveservice, from a different server, so this isn't a one off, we like this drive through and will be back. First time I?ve ever reviewed a fast food place. Mainly I wanted to shout out to the woman working the window/order today. I... don?t know her name but she was friendly and efficient, two things that just aren?t that common or easily done together franklyand I hope her manager sees this.. The food was nasty. I ordered a whopper jr and I was cold. Not recommended this place.
