Terrible service!!!! I stop by the drive thru.. when I reach home I was missing couple of items. And I call. This lady answer my... call rudely saying she got my order done. And if I know I was talking to the manager. Excuse me???She say to take my bag withthe food. I didn't return to this restaurant and never coming back again!!!!! If I can give zero I would. The lady at the window had us go backwards without telling us why. We figured it had something to do... with their sensors. When we went back to the window she was very adversarial and slam the window in our faces. Twice. Thecoffees were also not only lukewarm but incorrect. No receipt was given nor asked if we wanted in. I normally don't write reviews but I can't help this one! I have never been to such an unprofessional Burger King before. I went... through the drive through and was told to "hold up" through the speaker. I was going to back up to leave but there was anothercar pulling behind me so I had no choice but to stay in line. My order was plain and simple but the worker was rude andinterrupted every word I said as if she didn't want to be there. When I pulled up to get my food, she took my card, closed thewindow and was talking to her coworkers. I did not get napkins or straws in my bag, the chicken fingers were half cooked and Ididn't even get a receipt. She was wearing a purple snoopy Hoodie. I will NEVER eat at this BK again. I have never seen suchunprofessional workers! P.S. you can't drive up to the window as there is a sensor as to how long your wait is. I'm sorry Iwasn't able to get her name but if any Burger King management reads this review please talk to your workers. Read more
