Got the order wrong ask for no cheese got cheese and no lettuce on whopper plus it was cold and so were the fries hardly warm... the only thing was the doctor pepper pop and the clerk was polite at the drive through didn't know the good was bad until I gothome. Horrible service and cold food! I went through the Drive Thru and Jacob who I believe is the Manager spoke really harshly to me... because he was stressed about not having enough workers and cars parked everywhere waiting on food!! He actually came to thewindow to try to belittle me because I requested his name! He didn't even have my Order correct!! Just because you are in thehood don't mean treat us any kind of way!! It's hit or miss with this place. Nowadays they don't get any of my orders right. If they don't have orange juice they give you... Fanta orange and don't say anything about it. If they don't have the toppings for a specialty burger, they just give you theburger without any of the toppings and don't say anything about it. I ordered a Texas whopper and they just gave me a Whopperwithout any toppings, just ketchup & mayo. Sometimes they put salt on the fries and onion rings sometimes they don't. Sometimesthey pay attention to the notes as far as no pickles, other times they don't. You asked for a light onion on a doublecheeseburger? They give you more onion than burger. I ordered chicken nuggets with two sauces (buffalo along with sweet andsour,) but they provided neither. On the Uber Eats app they've been shown as unavailable for the past month while other BurgerKings are open. Also, for whatever reason they stopped serving breakfast entirely. It's like they don't care. I would say passup on this Burger King because it seems like they're about to go out of business soon the way they're acting.
