Took a half hour in the drive thru to get one burger. Never seen a BK this slow in my 42 year's walking this earth.

I visited Burger King on 110th & Kedzie I grabbed a Oreo Shake paid $4.97 My review is based on Customer service the drive thru... associate was short in tone/came off rude and unprofessional I felt like I was getting on her nerves Of course we know prices are higher then normal these days but she gave me much less then the normal amount normal and was rude when I asked about herfilling my shake up (Nope) took my money handed me my change didn?t smile didn?t say have a nice day just plain rude ???? Always pleasant, the Whoppers always taste fresh. However, Monday Jun 20, 2022, the frys were horrible, they taste stale, either... the frys were to old or the oil needed changing, we had to throw both orders away. Read more
I was extremely disappointed with this Burger King. Went for the 37 cents Whopper anniversary sale. Service was extremely slow... inside and drive thru. Manager was running around without a mask; working the cash register and making food (with glovesfortunately). The woman cashier was very polite though. The Whopper was not very good. The meat was small. The bun fell apart.It did not taste very good. This was my first visit to this location in years and also my first since their renovation. Thislocation is not good unfortunately. Steve is so nice pleasant and accommodating. He goes above and beyond. Amazing customer service. I rarely review places but he... made me. It?s that good. I drive out of my way to go to that Burger King. Order is always perfect. Never any rushing orattitudes from the staff. Very rare and very appreciated. Read more
