I just left here. All I wanted was to quickly grab my lunch so I could go back to work. As I pulled up to the drive thru, I was... told I need to come in because I placed an mobile order. Asked the manager (whom i assumed was new) (to which she said "i aintnever seen your face before") why did not need to come in to get my order. She stated that she wanted to make things faster.(yet there was NO one in line)! She stated that they dont make the food til the customer gets there. So, Im like that is REALInconvenience to customers. IF i had been in any other situation that allowed me not to exit my vehicle for my order then whatwould have been done?? I would of been jus out of luck right? So, what the difference between someone with a mobile order andsomeone ordering at the box? We all still have to wait to get our food done, correct? Its just somethings you really have to sitdown and think about. I always dread coming to this location and every time I try to spend my money here I remember why Ishouldn't. Today was my last day going to this establishment. The manager needs more assistance on how to run the store properlyand efficiently. I cant even imagine what the Regional manager is like and Its sad because this restaurant is the only closefast food place to eat and its terrible. Read more
Service was slightly slow but accurate..and friendly...hard to find now a days!! Good job to that crew!
Whoever hire that Manger Cynthia back must not care about this franchise. She ran Burger King to the ground . This Summer was... the only time I tasted a good whooper from this establishment. I ordered a Rodeo burgerfor my lunch. When I got back to work I saw that I had got robbed. Only a single beef patty and some... onion rings. It was missing the second patty , missing the bacon, missing tomatoe and lettuce. I called to get a replacementburger . They never answered the phone. Still hungry . Very disappointed ????. Don?t waste your time coming . Workers give attitude as if it?s your fault they work there . Waited a while for them to take my... order in drive through, ordered 20 spicy nuggets , they filled each with half spicy half normal, top half spicy to not make yourealize if you check real quick. I give 2 stars ! I ordered whopper NO KEPCUP, it was stated on the receipt also. I open the sandwich, and what is on it ?... KEPCUP! Tell your cooks to WAIT !
