Ordered a quesadilla and it was poorly wrapped and leaking all over the bag. I got a side of guac for $2 and got a tiny amount... that was really bad. There were chunks of extremely unripe avocado inside of what tasted like stale guac. It was really reallygross. Read more

Ordered steak burritos and recieved nothing but rice beans onion and cilantro. Rice and beans were way too much. And everything... tasted burnt. Hot sauce is literally tomato sauce. Will not recommend nor revisit this place. I had to give one star. Because itwouldn?t let me give zero. 9 dollars for rice beans and a tortilla is rediculous. I've loved this place for years! I used to go to the one in Union Station, which is much closer to my work location, but since... it closed I walk over to Ogilvie nearly every day. The food is delicious, they have healthy options, and the people are justabout the friendliest I've met working anywhere in Chicago. I can't say enough good things about this place! Do not come here. We have been to this location on more than one occasion and they can not redeem themselves at this point. The... first time we ordered online here they dropped the burrito on the ground and remade it. This time we ordered online and the foodwasn't ready and we had to wait. Okay, no big deal it happens. The person slapped the burrito together and literally threw themin the bags. What we opened when we got home is pictured. Unwrapped, burst burritos in multiple places. One of the burritos wasmade incorrectly. Sauce all over the bag. Unappetizing, poor quality, and just plain disrespectful. Read more
