Hands down the best burger I've ever had, Period. And I've been to many burger places over the years and I've tried many... different kinds but this place is the pinnacle of burger spots. Aside from their friendly helpful staff and impressively fastservice the burgers are the crown jewel of what makes the spot so great. The high quality of the meat is undeniable and it isvery apparent with the first bite. Medium rare is a must to enjoy the full flavor of the meat. They also have so many choices ofhow you can create customize your own burger and also let you purchase the meat patties to take home with you and that isdefinitely a huge plus to this place. My niece and I stayed in a beautiful condo two blocks from this restaurant. For dinner, we ordered online, walked down to the... restaurant, and picked it up. You can choose from the burgers combinations The Butcher and The Burger offers or you can designyour own. I had my burger with a "lettuce" bun. This allowed me to try the homemade potato chips and house French fries myniece and I shared. I also got a spinach salad. I loved everything but the bacon which was a little too smoky for mytaste....what I read about the bacon is that it is a specialty bacon. Though the restaurant is small and has limited seating,there was room for people to find seats for dinner. This was a good place for burgers and fries. They also have custard andmilk shakes, but we knew we would be too full after the burgers and potatoes to have the custard. If you are looking forcomfort food....this may be your place. Read more
We were really hoping to love this place but just didn?t hit the nail in the market. 1. The salmon burger was dryyyyyyy. Like... almost eating wallpaper. I kept thinking each bite would be better. The wheat bun was a little ste and not slight cooked on bothside like a proper burger establishment which charge almost $20 for a burger. Also I thought my cheese was missing, but turnmakes out it was just a teeny tiny sliver that?s barely there. 2. The turkey burger was very burnt and hard to chew. Thecroissant bread was at least cooked on both sides and added points for that. No honey mustard sadly. 3. The beignets.????another miss it was not even done on the inside. Pictures attached. I had enough dough to roll it up and then fry it. What yousee us RAW dough. 4. Fries were OK . Not extraordinary. I?m glad they weren?t salty. Just standard but nothing to really writehome about. With the reviews and the local aspect we really hope this would be it.. but it wasn?t. Lots of $$ down the drain. Read more

Been making a conscious effect to support more local businesses instead of supporting chain restaurants. I wanted I good burger... , so I decided to check this place out. This restaurant has some of the BEST FRIES THAT IVE EVER HAD & the garlic pickle is todie for!!!!! The burger and lemonade was also AMAZING!!!! One of the best burgers I have ever had, the importance is the meat quality and the chargrill flavor, this place nailed it. I... like the serving style as well l, everything on a chopping board including the ice creame. The menu is not too huge and youwon't have difficulties choosing, but whatever you choose you can't go wrong, including the Lentils burger. Read more

I've visited Butcher and The Burger many times. The place is great and nice where you can chat with your friends while eating... their delicious food. They have a huge selection of burgers that you can choose from and customize the toppings. I always ordermy favorite burger with a split top butter egg and grass-fed beef. The food is amazing and delicious. The meat is perfectlycooked and seasoned. The employees are very accommodating and friendly. They will serve you with a smile. I will definitelyrecommend this to my colleagues who also like eating burgers like me. The overall service was excellent. I am a very satisfiedcustomer. Good job! Read more
