This place is known for Bún bò hu? (Hue spicy beef noodle soup) and g?i v?t (duck salad). Our group came for dinner and... ordered a plethora of food: - bún bò hu? (delicious, deep flavorful broth, has a good kick) - bún m?m - h? ti?u nam vang -bê thui/ veal salad (good flavor on the veal, tender meat, good rind texture, also a good kick) - g?i v?t/ duck salad(delicious duck with bone in and well seasoned salad) - chim cút quay (buttery and fun to eat) - cà phê s?a ?á - sinh t? b?(ok) We had a satisfied meals with delicious appetizers and soothing noodle soup. They also have their own chili vinaigrettewhich you must add/try if you can handle the spice (~jalapeño level). Drinks menu is sufficient/ok. Read more
Awesome date night spot! My husband and I dropped in on a recommendation from friends while visiting from out of town and we're... still talking about it days later. The atmosphere is intimate and romantic enough to dress up but very welcoming. It'severything you want in a nicer cafe but at a great price and sans the snobbery. My experience was through a dinner party. Everything I had was cooked and prepared to exceptional perfection! The staff was... exemplary! I have to honestly say, I have never had a noodle soups cooked and garnished to such perfection. All my food was atthe correct temperature and tenderness. Excellent experience! Wonderful venue! The place is very nice, a very warm atmosphere. Very good noodle soups seafood, tasty, juicy, very rich in flavor. The service... was quick and good. But the most important thing was that the owner and the manager is always around watching everything that ishappening, talking to the customers. That keeps a great relationship with the customers. They are definitely known for their Bun Bo Hue. I’ve been eating it since they were a smaller establishment. It is still very... flavorful. I removed a star because of the goi cuon. I was given 1 shrimp per roll and it was filled with a lot of noodles. Ialso received my shrimp/beef/egg roll noodles after the people that I was with finished their food. My girlfriend and I just moved her a few months ago and this is already our favorite restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly... and the food comes out very fast. The ambience inside the restaurant is very cozy and I love coming here after a stressful weekof work, a sick day, or just to have good dinner conversation. I recommend getting the spring rolls as an appetizer and thehouse special for your meal. I’d eat this everyday if I could. Read more
