One of my fav cafe. It's for everyone whether you have a capitol one account or not. I got the seasonal caramel apple latte and... it's so delicious. There's many seating areas with outlets available through out the store. Perfect for studying, doing work, ortaking a break. The best thing about this spot is that if you do have a capitol one card, using it will give you 50% off yourdrinks which is very worth. Otherwise the coffee is quite pricey... Read more
Capital makes everything so easy. I just deposit a bunch of checks and cash with no problems. The ATMS work fine. Occasionally a... bill gets reject but it may just need a bent corner straighten out and try again. I love that they have a Peet's Coffee on sightand for Capital One accounts holders you get a discounted price! The coffee here is better than Starbucks up the street andthey have a much nicer and larger seating area so its more covid aware. The building takes up the corner of State and Monroe. They also had out snack bags! Yay! I needed one. I love Capital One. Read more
Junk, get some real locations. No ability to deposit checks (and I drove 90 miles away to do this for a large check). Tried... three separate ATMs. Clueless people there but nice enough. Great coffee and atmosphere, definitely a FIVE STARS in that department. Took out two stars for employee?s attitude. Been here... for a few times. Today is actually one of the best attitude I?ve seen so added one extra star. Management really needs to traintheir customer service people and learn from Trader?s Joe!!! Read more
WOW! A new free coworking option. Huge two-story space space, great downtown location (Monroe Red Line stop). A variety of... seating options from the usual counters to cozy groupings of chairs with small tables. Some larger group tables. Peet's Coffeeon the first floor. Nice Ambassadors greeted me on both floors. (I feel better about the interest and fees I've paid over theyears.) Read more
