10/14 @ about 815PM // IM DRIVING FOR DOOR DASH) HIGHLIGHT*: Terrible customer service. I waited for about a minute at the empty... cashier. Finally a woman comes, clearly impatient. She was rude the moment I walked in, didn?t greet me, didn?t respond to mewhen I told her my orders, leaving me to wonder and wait for the status, then proceeded to text while on her shift, then clearlymade me wait longer after prioritizing a plate of food. I?ve never eaten here and I never will, not with this nasty customerservice. We all have a job, you?d think people would be respectful of that, but she was not, she?d rather me wait for her tofinish her personal conversation. (FULL CONTEXT) The restaurant was empty when I arrived (I?m driving for DoorDash) I arrivedand waited at the cashier for about a minute until a woman came I told her the orders I was picking up. She didn?t say anything.Then returned to whatever she was doing before. She was texting on her phone behind a shelf. I waited. Then she said somethingto the only other person in the room in Spanish essentially saying someone else was asking for food to be extra hot, they werelaughing together. So I spoke up and said ?are the orders ready?? She said ?yea? and went back to texting quietly. What a shame. Walked 15 minutes to pick it up and 15 minutes back to eat the worst burrito of my life so far. That chili lime... sauce is horrible. Don't get it and if you get the mother clucker, ask to hold the disgusting lime sauce. You can taste thatthe chicken itself was made well but it's drowned in this weird mayo/aioli like complexion with no lime taste to it. Did theygive me expired sauce? I really want to give this place one last chance but they did mess up my order last time. Granted, itwas still good which is why I gave them a chance this time. What a shame. Read more

So this is arguably one of the best new Mexican spots in the city. My only issue is that their online order for pickup does not... reflect accurate pickup times. I love this place, their deep fried tortilla burrito bowls are to die for! I moved to the neighborhood 8 months ago, and carbon... is the place that I get food from the most often! I always get the fish burrito bowl, with cabbage instead of lettuce, withguacamole. The smokey red sauce is insane, I wish they'd give me a whole bucket of that stuff, I wanna put it on everything.It's super affordable too, I am so tempted to eat here all the time. This is a sad excuse for Mexican cuisine! So much better in the area! I saw the semi bad reviews but I walk by this place all... the time and had to give it a chance. It?s definitely seems like a place you would go at night when you are drunk and that?s it!I tried the chicken and steak taco. Chicken was awful - so dry it was unbelievable! Even the tortillas were not fully warmed up!The steak was decent at best but the chicken left a really nasty flavor. Never coming here again and please go somewhere else!So many other places that are awesome!! Also $7 for two tacos seems ridiculous! Especially for how bad they are. Never again! Read more
