Bland chicken enchilada dinner, including the rice and especially the beans. They don't have sangria or half of the drinks... listed on their menu. They charged me for a soda I didn't have and said it part of the charge of my margarita. WHAT...?!?!? Thewouldn't remove it from my bill. Never wil go back there! The carnitas were the best I've tasted!! Had the tacos and the carnitas dish with some left to take home. The staff was very... welcoming. The tamarind margarita was tasty. The mango margarita was delicious too. Too full to try the chicharrones this round,but I plan on grabbing those in thr future. Read more

I had my 50th birthday party with my sweetheart. Diane and her entire staff was friendly and professional. My sis told me over... and again how blown away she was over the customer service. Armando (restaurant manager) was very accommodating. At first Iwasn't sure when we booked the restaurant 4 months in advance (due to snow and weather) but after decorations, dj andphotographer i was more than pleased. My Family is still talking about it a month later (event 6/25/22). If you're looking fora chill spot for parties and get together I highly recommend. I know my review is all over the place but so many things tocompliment. Diane Soto (owner was introduced to me through a shared accountant. I'm so glad I met her and had my event at hervenue. OK, so I went to Carnitas Don Rafe a LONG time ago, and it was as excellent a place as I have seen for carnitas in the USA. This... time, we went there for pozole, which is a weird thing to go there for ... nonetheless, the broth was very tasty and wellseasoned, and the meat was well selected and prepared. The only major "gap" was that the gallon of pozole that I ordered wasrather slim on the actual corn (maiz pozolero). The service was pleasant and efficient. Read more
I?ve been coming here for their nachos for a long time, idk if they changed cooks or something but the last 3 times I ordered... their nachos I was given less and less meat. Paying for nachos for 11$ I?m hoping to get more than just a tacos worth. I?mtrying so hard to support the local restaurants yet getting less of my months worth. Everything was great!! I recommend this place the waitress was very friendly and professional too. Oh and the owner was very... enthusiastic, friendly, calm with all costumers. I see where he's staff gets it from. My two friends fell in love with thespicy salsa and did I mention they are Not Mexican lol. Read more
