Giving this place one star is generous. I called in for a delivery the introduction was very professional. The gentleman... explained his offers and made good sale pitches. After ordering I was told it was gonna take 55 mins to be delivered. After 1.5hours of waiting the man on the phone attempted to argue the time in which the order was placed. Then 2 hours approached Icalled again then that's when my experience got much worse. The delivery driver showed up soon after. The driver told me I quote"You should call from Monday through Wednesday that when we're at our slowest" then I opened my food to see my chicken soggy asif it's been cooked and sat out for awhile. My order was missing items. Then I looked on the receipt to see the original timestamp to be 2 hours as I knew I ordered. As well looks to me that I ordered from another pizzeria plus that I was unknowinglycharged for using debit. As I talked again to the Manager to see about my missing items he would only offer me a credit to Sodaat equal value of the item. Horrible customer service Read more
