I just refused to come back because I want to buy some ranch and blue cheese to go with my wings and when I was handing the... cashier my card she drop it and admitted she drop my card so it was difficult for myself to grab my card she dropped and ofcourse she couldn?t get it either and once I did finally after a few mins was able to grab my card the Cashier still wanted tocharge me for the sauces and I did ask her are you still going to charge me for the sauces she said yes so for that I just droveoff. It?s really sad. As a courtesy it would have been nice to not charge me for it being difficult to grab my card. Read more
I'm glad I stopped by on the way home. Their fries are still the best.
I have a soft spot for Checkers. The burgers are your usual fast food quality. Their milkshakes are great and I've never... encountered a "sorry our machine is broken!" The VIP on the menu are those crispy fries. Literally transported to the mid 90s -from when we went to Checkers as a special treat. The salt pepper seasoning still hits right. I went on a late Saturday nightand their food was still hot, well prepared. The Checkers attendant/cashier looked super tired but she still mustered uppoliteness. Read more

The worst drive thru ever The attendant was rude and did not allow us to order. He was rude in tone and shouting it was because... we were in the ghetto. This was unacceptable as My daughter was very hungry. Management needs to revisit policy and how theattendants communicate with potential customers. I had full intention to spend money and was unable to because of the piss poorcustomer service. Read more
Simple order couldn't even get that right!! I ordered the Baconzilla burger, half pound of chicken bites w/ fries and a Lrg... Chocolate shake through the Uber eats App. Right away I knew it was wrong when my delivery driver gave me a drink with ice. Iimmediately asked about the shake and he said "that's what they gave me." I open the bag and see the bites was ok, but I waslooking forward to the Burger when i made the order. And sure enough that was wrong!! I got sum plain lettuce & tomatoecheeseburger, not the Baconzilla. Had no idea how terrible this location was through the Uber app until I seen all the reviewson here after receiving my messed up order. Never ordering from this location again. Horrible Experience! I decided to order online it all looked sooo good, mind you I've never tried Checkers before, anyway I... ordered and my delivery driver was taking a bit long but it was ok. Well I was highly disappointed to say the least my stackerswere so poorly made I dont even know if my strawberry cheesecake had burnt crumbs or if it was oreo cookies mixed togethereither way I didnt order it that way. Funnel fries looked like they were just thawed out not even fried. Worst one of all I gota straw for my shake and never received a shake. Read more
