Horrible customer service/system. Called in an order and gave my phone number. I was told 15-20 minutes. My wife shows up 25... minutes later and was told MY ORDER would be an extra 20 minutes. After 20 minutes she goes back up to the counter and then theytell her there was no order... 45 minutes wasted, for nothing. How do you possibly screw that up, THAT badly? I've been going here for two years and for two years they are very consistent, I like my chicken and sauces for sure. My only... complaint is if a customer ask for the food/ chicken to be cooked a certain way that's the expectation, if I say fired hard, Idon't expect it to be the normal way it's cooked!!! Rode pass this place so many times I can?t count, so I finally decided to stop in for lunch today. To my surprise it no better... than any other chicken spot in Chicago. I ordered a 6 wing hot and mild on the side. Of course they tell me 15 /20 mins I satand waited in my car the entire time. Went in to pick up my order my wings are cold, I have mild sauce on my wings no hot insight no napkins just a mess. I will never come back. I gave two stars because the at least gave me my 6 pieces of chicken. Read more
