Cmon guys you can do better. Literally a car was in line for 20+ minutes when I pulled up after ordering and I was the third... car. By the time I came to the window I was told my order was no longer available and can only be refunded. Tell me why carswith more than 2-3 orders are not being asked to move to the front of the restaurant to allow those behind them with shortorders to receive them and leave? This location is always very busy and they do a very good job of keeping the line moving. I couldn't give them a 5 star rating... because I always have to remind them of my pickup order at least 2 times. There's always young workers just kinda going back andforth aimlessly it seems while pickup orders get backed up. The food is always good though and the staff is friendly. Read more
Besides many delicious chicken options their Mac and cheese is AMAZING!!!!!!! Not only their food options are amazing but their... customer service is the best around. It?s a great feeling going to a restaurant where customer service is beyond important. It?sa super busy location but the employees work together to make the drive thru move quickly. I was excited to try the food. It was a first for me and my sister. We wanted to see and taste what the hype was about. We got a... chicken sandwich, nuggets, and fries. We were very excited. It was a let down . The chicken sandwich didn't have much flavor,the nuggets were soft no crunch. It was like eating saggy nuggets. I'd give it one more shot, since people speak highly of it. This location is poor. Let?s review the past month. Today, 24 minute wait even with ordering ahead. Two weeks ago I order... ahead, arrive and am told the system is down and it?s a 30 minute wait. Went through the drive thru today. The young lady taking our order was very pleasant. The guy handing us the order didn't even... say hello just asked for my name. When handed the order I noticed our frozen lemonade was not even filled up. I asked the guywhy was it like that and said oh its like that! I felt ripped off. As I drove away we started eating the fries and guess what?They were still raw! And the chicken nuggets were well done. Lol what are the odds! So disappointed. Read more
