There was a long line. I have the app so I decided to place my order outside the door. Went immediately inside. Other people... that ordered after me received their order. I asked the team about my order after waiting. They found it on the side. Anassociate must have grabbed it but didn?t call my name. I left the store walked home. Food was cold. The sandwich was burnt.Sent my comments through customer service. I went with my family. The chicken sandwich was good. Nothing to write home about. Unfortunately the drink dispenser in the... dining room was broken.
