Every time I come here, my order is wrong. The people outside taking orders are sweet. The people at the window always look... deshoveled and confused. One time I let them know my order was wrong and the manager asked me to pay more.. wouldn't budge eventhough it was their fault. This was a diff. Of .35 cents. Not only was I inconvenienced and had to go into the restaurant. Ioriginally went through the drive through because I have a toddler and an older child on the spectrum but I was met withattitude when I kindly asked them to correct their mistake. This whole ordeal was so uncharacteristic of this franchise. I hopethey get more training for the young staff here. Read more

This location hasn't got all of the kinks worked out yet. I placed a dine-in, deliver to table order, said which table I was at,... and waited. And waited. And waited. Five minutes after the app said someone would be out with my order, I walked over to thecounter. Four minutes later, someone walked over with my bag - that had been sitting on the counter since I walked over - andcalled my name. Again, this was listed as a deliver to table order with the table number on it. So I got my food 9 minutes afterthe app said it was heading to my table, and only because I went to get it. Read more

The people that work here aren?t like your normal Chick-Fil-A workers. They are rude, act like they are inconvenienced, and... don?t put customer service first. As an example, I was there on a Saturday morning and used the drive through. I waited andwaited for someone to come on speaker and nobody did. I finally drove up to the window. Worker asked me why I didn?t order atspeaker. When I told her nobody greeted me she huffed and then processed my order. When food was ready, she just stuck her armout window with the bag, didn?t speak or look at me. Read more

I visited this location last Saturday afternoon for the first time. No issues with my food, but I was going over my purchases... for the weekend and noticed that I had been charged an additional 60.05 on my card. When I reached out to the corporate office,they reached out to the store to take care of this problem. That same day a manager contacted me to offer me a free milkshakeand sandwich. Unbelievable!!! I have contacted corporate office in total three times, and still haven't heard anything aboutreturning my money. No manager has reached back out to resolve this. Horrible customer service and they have no regards forothers property. Be careful using your card here. Read more

This location is awesome! We ordered almost 40 sandwiches online for next day pickup at 945am. Their lunch menu doesn't start... till after 1030am. We were hoping our order wouldn't get cancelled due to the time/lunch menu or because it was such a largeorder last minute. However...!!! This location did not let us down!! Not only was our food ready when we arrived for pickup, ourorder was correct, and packaged/labeled correctly! Your team rocks! Ashley was super helpful! Today's event was for our boss'birthday. We surprised him with lunch. Our experience was beyond amazing with them! Thank you so much for making today extraspecial..! Please don't endorse this restaurant. They have the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I support... Chick-fil-a corporately for what they stand for, but I need to question whether they are just giving people franchises. Wasthere on Saturday June 3, and ordered a nuggets combo and a bowl of soup. They put everything, including the VERY HOT soup inthe same bag. Of course those of us who have taken chemistry or any basic science class knows that very hot things can burnpaper. So guess what wasted in my car...hot chicken noodle soup. I go back inside to tell the store associates their error andthey couldn't believe that they could have made such a mistake but begrudgingly make another order. While they are making theorder, I asked for the store manager to come out and the shift manager looks at my car and the mishap her associates made. Shelooks and is shocked by what happened and appeared to be genuine as far as wanting to help me out in getting this resolved. Shehas me text her my pics and name and she was going to forward the information to the store manager / HR person who could help inresolving it who was going to be back at the store shortly. I go and get my car cleaned out and check with the shift manager ifshe had forwarded the information to her leadership. She said she hadn't but was about to do so (now four hours later). Stillnever heard back from anyone on Monday and now it's Tuesday morning and was now livid about the situation. I reached back tothe shift manager and let her know that still no one has communicated with me about anything. I get a text back two hours laterand said that there was nothing they could to do to reimburse with for any car detailing I had to get done to the seat andbecause they replaced the meal based on their horrific mistake, they did all they could do. I came today after noticing the eatery post Tesla charge shameless plug of course. Wow what an experience I had. I came in... expecting the bowled over chic fila greeting that most people grow to expect and draws a smile every time. I got 1106?s versionand it was just as well. The store was busy wrapping up what seemed to be a busy dinner hour for deliveries and lol the few inhouse take outs as you dine9still are not allowed a table due to Covid 19 and it?s variants. The customer service was ok frontof the house was clean and very brand I used to Manage A pop up version in 1999 so I see why I?m partial. The cuisine was wellamazing and the Mac and cheese is by far the best darn Mac I?ve ever had this side of Texas and that?s big considering we are inChicago!
