Long wait due to shortage of staff but the food was good. The skillet queso was my fave
My son grandson and I decided to have some late night food The service was Awesome!! The restaurant was crowded there was a guy... at the bar who had one adult beverage to many the police came escorted him away the food was cold the waiter took it backbrought back piping hot food! Much better ! Then I saw it the bugs crawling up the wall ????Check please and a to go box! Toldthe waiter and the manager ??????????? Yeah I?ll continue cooking at home??.. Read more
The food was good and the drinks were better! They are short staffed so you have to be patient with them. We had the queso dip,... triple dipper with chicken, fried pickles & honey Chipotle chicken, baked seafood pasta, trio fajitas (chicken, steak, shrimp)and cheeseburger. Well the cheese fries was cooked hard so more then likely cooked to long. Where I my food first and had to wait almost an hour... for my friend food to come out. I totally understand they had only one oven working but to bring one dinner out then almost anhour later the person food. . Waiter and manager was great them for the kindness . Read more
Sweet staff member but not well trained. The place was not very clean. The machine that you pay on was filthy. And the food... comes out on these trays not plates. Specified a single burger but they still gave me two burgers. Read more
Food was super good and hot. The bartender drinks are off the chain she does a great job. The Manager was down to earth and... hilarious. Even though they only have one section open and we had to wait a while the staff made it better with the greatservices. Read more
Great experience and the server was awesome as well. Update I went back to see if I would have the same experience. The host... was a young man who sat us at the table but never let me serve know we were there. We waited for ten minutes before the servernoticed we were in his area. The server apologized and offered chips and salsa. The entree came out faster than the appetizerwhich was the first time that happened. Customer service needs to improve and better communication. I don't know who is running the show at the chili's on 119th but everytime my wife and I order food from there it is always... wrong. If you order Alfredo no matter what kind there is never any sauce you get dry noodles and meat. so when we placed our togo order we asked for extra Alfredo sauce. The kitchen worker yelled out to the front and said DANG Ain't enough sauce on herfood. Mind you we ordered extra but there literally was not any. This is one of the only places that has curbside pick up signsfor chili's to go but they refuse to do curbside , it makes no sense and the signs are literally a waste of space in the parkinglot. Those ten spaces can be utilized if you refuse to do curbside. The attitudes and customer service in this place isridiculous and management need to step up and get there crew in line. Read more
