I used to love coming to this location but after today probably not coming to this Chipotle. Asked for double steak and the... employee took some of the meat out with her fingers acting like it was her food. Didn't want to ask for more cause God knowsthey would charge me triple for the small amount they give. Unhappy with this experience. Read more

They're always out of ingredients and are too lazy to refill them. Had to ask 3 times before they went to the back to get some... fresh salad. The large queso is always filled halfway, they use 2 scoops for the large queso which is the same as they do forthe small queso. Its supposed to be filled to the top. Idk why these employees are doing this, maybe they think if they shortthe customer food they will get rewarded? Or maybe they're just too lazy to refill whatever runs out. Read more

Dirty, nasty and very over priced. Staff is rude and judgemental about my order, not only that... I didn't add rice or bean and... they charged me $5 for extra meat. Unreal! Black girl on staff was so rude rolling her eyes at me. I guess I'll stick to Culverthey provide the best customer service. Very ghetto here. Read more

I order online from this location and since the beginning of the year there have been issues with my orders. Either items are... missing or one of the items that was ordered had missing or incorrect toppings. This last time I was missing items on my orderand the delivery was 30 minutes. If something like this happens once in a great while I understand and the location or companywon?t lose my business. Becaus this is happening on a regular bases and the fact that when you call the location you get putinto a automated phone system and can?t talk to a person or you have to go a long drawn out process with Pepper the chat bot,the app and your browser about an issue with your order is why I?m giving them one star. I went to this place and when I walk in and get in line I see the guy scraping the spoon the container with little to no food... left. I was wondering what was happening. We later found out that there was a health inspection and no food could be made, so weended up leaving because there was no more food. Read more

I never come to this location because I?ve heard how hectic it gets. I live right by it and I rather drive further. I came here... on 03/20/22 around 8:00 pm and it was SO BUSY. I mean, I felt bad for the workers. It was chaos. I waited over 5 mins just inline. Once I ordered and got my food I noticed the right was NOT cooked all the way. It was almost raw tbh, it was the hardestrice I?ve ever had. While I was in line a customer came up to the cashier ( a gentlemen with a big beard) and the customertold him if he can redo his burrito because the rice was hard. The employee seemed overwhelmed and said yeah, right after we getdone with the line. Mind you there?s like 10 ppl in line. The customer walked away and came back 2 mins later and said ? youknow what bro it?s ok, I see you?re busy? Employee was ok with that. After I noticed I also got UNCOOKED rice. Icouldn?t believe he let that customer eat that burrito with hard rice. That?s gross. Seriously, I understand when you?re busyyou?re busy. But this is not acceptable. People can get sick.
