This is the worst chipotle. Do not go here. My bowl was 1/3 the size of a normal bowl, my lettuce was BROWN, ignored... instructions for extra rice and extra lettuce. I paid extra for guacamole and there was a small dollop. We paid for extratortillas and they were crispy on the edge and to gross to even eat. This is my worst experience at chipotle. We went a littleafter opening so food should have been fresh. Read more

Staff was extremely unhelpful and rude when I asked for a quesadilla, insisting I order it online, after I had already waited in... the long line. Would have loved some sort of heads up to this ridiculous. Ended up getting a burrito, that they added lettuce towithout me asking and refused to make me a new one when I said I didn't want lettuce. I LOVE Chipotle and go at least 2 times a week (different locations). This one needs corporate to come reset, hire and train a... new team. Food was no bueno. Unbelievably rude cashier working nights at this location. Time for her to retire from theChipotle game. Read more

I come here a lot and typically order via the app. The staff are friendly, but nearly every time I leave this store I tell... myself, "Never again." For one, today they sold me a fountain drink, then I turn around and the fountain machine is out of orderwith a sign on it. I walk back up to the register and they say, "well, we still have lemonade?" What the heck, guys, don't sellpeople fountain drinks when you KNOW the fountain machine is broken! This should be common sense and common courtesy. Reallythough, the most consistent issue and the one I see other people get mad about every time I'm in this store is also the easiestto fix. For whatever reason, they regularly leave half of the web/app orders on the counter, instead of walking them a few feetto the pickup shelf. Every time I'm there I have to check the shelf, and if my food is not there, I then must fight through andcut a busy line of people (who don't understand why I'm cutting in line) to see if my order is one of the orders they left onthe counter for no reason at all. It's often in neither spot, so myself, other takeout customers, and delivery drivers have torepeat this needless process of fighting the line to the counter and checking the shelf over and over and over until the orderwe're looking for shows up in one of the two locations. Today, there was no one in the store and no one at the counter makingorders, and yet they still had half of the pickup orders on the shelf and half on the counter. I looked for mine on the shelf,but it wasn't there so I sat down. I realized they were not making any orders at the moment, so my order must be somewhereright? I then look around and sure enough its finished in a bag on the end of the prep station..why?! Just put the gosh dangorders on the gosh darn shelf, people! They do this so consistently it makes me think they've been trained to annoy us. But Ibelieve in you, you can accomplish this! Read more

Nicest people I have ever met by far in my life. I dropped a bowl and when I went to go get a new one they didn?t even charge me... for it. I wish nothing but good things in these peoples lives and they deserve a raise and the best. I will definitely bevisiting every time I come to north ave these people have the greatest customer service I?ve ever seen in my life. 10/10. Read more
