I got a chicken Fajita bowl and they were out of Fajita veggies (during lunch rush) so I had to wait. The bowl wasn't the best... I've had and the ingredients weren't as fresh as they normally are. I have always loved their guacamole but this was the worstI've ever had. They said the avocados are coming from Peru and they aren't as good. Check out the picture, horrible! Not only was this the worst chipotle I?ve ever gone to, it was the worst customer service I?ve ever received in my whole entire... life. Not only where they so stingy with their portions, when I called them out on it they try to tell me that that?s what thenormal portion sizes were. The line was so dirty. They were shuffling our containers on top of smashed cheese and sour cream.And I asked her to clean up the line before they handled our containers on top of the dirty counter and she refused and thenjust used her hands to wipe off the sour cream from the lid. I again asked them to clean the line before they handled myhusband?s container. As the worker in front of me was waiting for my husband?s container they also refused to clean up the lineand just stood there. This was important because they had already cleaned up and closed the seating area. If I was gonna have toeat in my car I didn?t want me and my families clothes to get dirty. Their demeanor is so rude. It?s like having customers justmakes them angry. It?s one thing to have a bad apple but when three people are so inept in their positions it speaks to poorleadership. My mom order a chicken Bowl on 06-08-2022 and 30 minutes after eating it she was throwing up. After looking at the bowl, the... beans were mushy, the lettuce brown and the rice was clumpy. I emailed Chipotle and instead of them wanting to communicate viaemail so that there was a record of my mom's apparant food poisioning incident, the rep for Chipotle (Donal) stated theycouldn't look into it unless we talked on the phone. They want to talk to divert and deny. Thanks for great customer service andwe'll have to start going to Qdoba or any other Mexican Grill that cares about their customers. Read more
Man, I love this place and their heavy-handed bowls. It's so fresh and delicious and I always get two meals out of it.
Lord. I had to come to you for deep reflection prior to creating this post. Sadly it has come to this standpoint considering the... fact that I choked on avocado due to the large consumption placed in my order. The employees on duty must have been instructedto perform the creation of an avocado salad based on the portion size place in my non-vegetarian bowl. Now with chipotle beingone of my favorites, I expected to receive a better experience but I guess they wanted to keep the service as simple as theportion of cheese (short and in crumbles) the one star is due to the quality and lack of appreciation towards your customers ,do better . Makaya would not listen as I tried to tell her what I wanted in my bowl, she literally was putting the complete opposite of what... I was requesting. I had to raise my hand over the glass to get her attention so that she would stop putting the wrongingredients in the bowl. She told me don't put your hand over the glass. I told her I'm trying to get your attention. Then Irequested extra steak (garlic) she put about a fourth of a spoon in the bowl. When I got rang up my bowl was over twentydollars. She lied and said she gave me a double steak. I will be contacting the store manager. Read more
