This was the worst experience that I have ever had at a Chipotle. There was barely any meat at 1 PM and the meat that was there... was old and dry looking. When we asked for new meat, the worker said their management told them not to pit oit any bee meatuntil it was completely gone. So if the meat sits out for 4 hours in those warmers then that is why all these horrible reportsabout this place has tough and dry meat. Then we had bought the Barbacoa tacos and they were so greasy thatthey disintegrated the taco and was unable to be eaten due to the fact that it was full of grease. Clearly the management heredoesn't care about these reviews because there are so many horrible reviews here about the staff the meat cetera and theyclearly don't do anything. If you watch TV and you see the commercials of Chipotle they're claiming that everything is donefresh they should have had everything filled and ready to go for people in the afternoon and there shouldn't be any old meat ifeverything is supposed to be fresh. Mismanaged establishment. I visited this location around 7:30pm when they close at 9pm. As soon as I walk in I see about 3... customer leave. When I go to order they let me know their current out of everything! No chicken, no fajitas, no guacamole, nocheese, and it?s a wait on rice?.so what the heck am I suppose to order??? Idk if they are really out or because it was close toclosing time. So you know what I did? I went to the one in oak lawn maybe 15 minutes away and they had everything!!!! Security wouldn't allow me to go to the pickup shelf to get my online order. You have to go through them to get it. Ghetto. Will... not be coming back to this location. I don't like being treated like a potential criminal when I'm just picking up my foodorder. Read more
The girl that was serving the food her and the cashier steady laughing and playing like they don?t have customers. I asked is... that enough rice I was getting 3 bowls she tells me with a smart comment yeah even though it wasn?t. They are very rude and themanager don?t care just letting them talk to customers any kind of way. I will never return to Chipotle those unprofessionalkids and managers needs to be Fired!!! Read more
Do not eat here. I ordered online for pick up. I started and a quickly ran into a problem - the rice tasted tangy. And nob... sooner than after that realization, I took a bite into an ICE CUBE. With further examination I saw more ice cubes. What seemedto had happened was a drink fell into my bowl NO ONE REMADE MY FOOD. They picked off some of the ice cubes and sent it out! Read more
Never order from here. The chips are stale, salty and my guac had hair in it. I paid extra money for queso and extra meat but... didn't get it. My daughters burrito was 3 inches long. I paid 42 bucks for MESS! This is the WORSE chipotle EVER!!!! Read more
I ordered a steak burrito bowl and the brown rice was like eating rocks. It was my first time visiting this location. The staff... did not direct me to where I could get condiments. Therefore, I did not have a fork or napkins. Luckily we keep these items inthe office. The steak was tough like chewing on shoes. I won't be back. Read more
This location was my favorite until the last time I visit I made my order and with no warning after the order was finished to be... told we don't take cash it would nice to have been told that they didn't take cash for what ever reason in advance given creditwhere it do the service and food is good here Read more
