I hate coming to this chipotle, I would literally drive on canal just to get chipotle to avoid coming to this one. They gave me... so little chicken that i barely seen it in my bowl and when i asked for more chicken they tried to charge me extra. This is one of the most GHETTO places I’ve ever been. It’s a bunch of crackheads working here! The lady was leaning over... while preparing the food. People are complaining about how cold their food was and it was hair in their food! Just fireeverybody and hire all new staff! Read more

The food was ice cold like it came out the refrigerator. I had a piece of uncooked steak in CHICKEN bowl. My chips were stale... and I had to ask the lady who was making my bowl to not move my food around with her nails that were sticking out the top of hergloves smh never again! Read more

Manager was a sweetheart. The chick running the register was rude and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes and popped her gum... because we were waiting for our order. She made it, looked at us and threw it on a shelf. Then the manager asked about it andshe said it wasn't made, so they had to make it again. She threw it in the bag and then pointed and said "The utensils are overthere" and flipped her hair. I work in customer service and I get it: people can drive you crazy, but we asked for nothing extranor did we rush them. They forgot our lettuc and just exuded pure "I don't care". Jesus Christ, I don't ever want to go to thislocation again. I will literally go 25 minutes further away to avoid having to deal with this location if I even bother going toChipotle again. Read more

I go here only because it's close. I don't understand how the line workers run out of food when all they have to do is tell... the staff directly behind them there's no food. Also, depending on who's working, you won't get a full serving!!! I ask forextra meat everytime I visit this particular Chipotle. I visited Chipotle on the goldcoast and got free guacamole on mychicken bowl. Not sure why this place charge extra for 4 different toppings. Manager is never there and they're very slow. I've seen Uber eats wait over 30mis and the food still wasn't ready when I left. Anyway, that's been my experience, althougha few employees at this location are very nice. Read more

I ordered via delivery app. Won't be ordering from here anymore for the following reasons: every item in the bowl was highly... under seasoned. I at least had hope for the $4 Guac that didn't have a lick of salt. Killer part is the restaurant just opened,unfortunately they need better chefs. Not to mention they bury tiny pieces of chicken beneath a heap load of under seasonedveggies. Very disappointing. Also my fajita veggies were missing. Read more

From the picture it looks delicious right.. My food was ICE ???? COLD ???? and these are the chips I purchased also and was... given NOTHING ????.. I had it delivered too cause we had a ???? warning ?? storm on this day. Terrible ???? Chipotle needs toreview this location or it will be closing right along with the grocery store cause no one in the neighborhood will be orderingfrom this location EVER!!!!! Read more

If I could give a double zero I would. I ordered through the chipotle app and ended up getting these guys twice on 63rd. First... time I ordered a brisket bowl and ended up with everything but the brisket. I figured ok no worries people make mistakes eventhough it was 30$ worth of food I never got. The second time around same thing NO BRISKET! except this time the rest of the bowlwas to one side of the actual bowl. The toppings were all wrong the tin was bent they threw my mexican coke on top of it. Iordered chips and quac and there was no sticker even applied to the bag for security so the dasher doesn't munch on them. Andlast but not least the main bag was torn but looks like just from not caring enough to secure it. Chipotle wanted to give mestore credit! HA! As if I'm ever getting chipotle again from anywhere ! Luckily I was able to get refunded of my 30$ STEER CLEAROF THIS CHIPOTLE UNLESS YOU WANNA GET BABOOZLED! Read more
