So tired of restaurant staff not being able to follow basic customer orders. Every time I get the quesadillas, they usually... forget the guacamole which comes with veggie quesadillas. Oh, and the veggie one I always ask for grilled peppers inside thequesadilla which is an option and I guess that was so confusing they added it to the side, at least I got them this time. Oh,and you get to choose three options to go with and I asked for sour cream and corn- again? missing. Why do I have to pay fullprice for only half my order? Such a waste!!! Read more

Good chipotle location. Lack of a dedicated take out / delivery prep station didn't affect speed, but I imagine at peak times it... could get pretty dicey without it. Read more
I live in the area is this is by far the worst chipotle I ever been to. Deserves 0 stars to be honest. I?ll start with saying... there?s no signs that say ?card only?. As a industry bartender we usually carry cash. Unfortunately they didn?t say or warn theywere taking card only so the food that was made was thrown away. I had $12.50 on the card and the total was $13.75. I told themI can give $2 cash but didn?t have it all in card. The cashier was super rude and disrespectful. On top of that the portion onthe meat?..I legit had like 5 pieces of steak but I was like whatever at that point. My partner goes there often and she saidthey only been taking card for about two months?if you can?t trust money with employees then maybe look for different ones. IWOULD GO TO ANY OTHER PLACE IN THE PLAZA INSTEAD OF DEALING WITH THESE RUDE EMPLOYEES. Read more
Ordered delivery they forgot both drinks in the order. Whoever is cutting up your vegetables needs to be retaught how to cut... like really I'm glad I caught this nasty excuse of prepping. Now if it isn't cut in house who was the smart one that decidedthis was acceptable to serve with my food??? Rice seemed stale as well had a weird crunch to it. What's with the Meatportions??? Good food, but most chipotle locations give me little meat every time. WTH! They even charge me little if I ask some extra... chicken. Seriously? Chipotle is more ripped off. Please go to the Brazilian Bowl because they will give you a big one! Read more
