Slow service, indifferent and incompetent staff (once I witnessed one spilling... hot liquid on his colleague out of negligence), and to top it off the meat they put in their tacos and stuff is more akin to aspice given the molecular amounts they dispense. Yesterday was just a good day at Chipotle, the people over the counter let us taste the new steak and I'm glad she did because... it was a no from me big dawg. Everything was fresh, the workers were sweet and my friend got her food paid for by the man behindher. It was a good day. We went here about 5minutes ago since this is the chipotle I always go to. This time around, the girl who was helping me out was... so disrespectful for no reason at all. 1st of all she assumed that we we were all getting the same thing ?3 bowls? and keptyelling at us, secondly when I saw that they didn?t have any white rice, I asked for brown but she went ahead and put white andwhen I tried to correct her she signed at us disrespectfully and then proceeded to give us weird looks. Thirdly, why are theyclosing an hour early. She needs to get fired or something. How are you so rude to a customer. All I wanted was a bowl but shewas so rude. After the poor customer service, my bowl doesn?t look appetizing. I was just here 2 weeks ago and asked to speak to the manager... in regards to his team?s unacceptable service. The manager tried to justice their actions by stating ?it?s a new team?. Hisresponse and way of resolving the issue lacked professionalism. I?ve always been a huge supporter of Chipotle. Every time I get either the steak bowl or steak burrito. Each time, and location,... cooked perfectly. This location? I stopped by for a steak burrito. The steak tasted like it was reheated in a microwave.Horrific. So dry and hard to chew. The veggies were good so that?s why I?m giving it a 2 star but won?t give it anything higherbecause the staff put corn when I didn?t request it and specified NO CORN. So 2/5 is the best I can give.
