Whoever the manager is on the 7 pm shift with the front workers on 8/17, need be taught industry standards of customer service... or fired. Not only did she lose my order they also gave me attitude through out the process as they blamed me for cancellingorder on their website (which I did not). not once did anyone apologize to me, but there was a lot of attitude from every singleemployee here. Even when I said please or thank you was ignored through out and was disrespected even more. Chipotle corporateshould look into this location and reprimand everyone as I?ve never had a bad experience at a chipotle til now! Avoid avoid! Read more
Went there tonight to pick up my order that would have been ready @ 9:10 and I waited until 9:34 . It wasn?t crazy busy at all... and I was patient but the girl working the register with the M necklace was the worse ever . Clearly showed in her face that shedoesn?t like her job and gave a rude answer when I asked about the order . If you don?t like your job don?t work there . I workin service too and no matter how bad it gets I don?t let it show . She clearly had the worse attitude .I?m never one to complaineasily either but every one that she attended she gave the same disgusted face . Next time I come and I see her I?m not buyinganything at all . The person at register is suppose to give the best experience before you leave and she literally left a badtaste . I ordered 2 burrito bowls and they were made perfectly. The only gripe that I have is that I also bought a bag of chips and the... chips were stale, to the point in which they were Unedible! I?m not sure if it was the heat or not (it was pretty humid outside)but they have to do a better job of quality control. Read more
Drive the extra miles to another chipotle this location is a joke. Rude management, I placed a delivery order. They messed up... my order and I received a pancake burrito. They told me to bring it back and they would make it again correctly, I paid fordelivery so why would I take the non-edible food back? Why can?t they just make my food again without charge? Read more
The online ordering platform is great for this location, as there are consistently very long in-person wait times during the... lunch hour (sometimes upwards of 20+ ppl waiting in line). I have noticed that the last burrito I picked up from this locationwas very small in comparison to other burritos I?ve ordered from chipotle (for some reason it was only half the size of atypical chipotle burrito?). Look I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND THAT EVERYWHERE IS Short Staffed,,Food was decent and the cashier was very nice and helpful,,but this... is totally unacceptable place was very Dirty,, Floor was very sticky like a drink fell and they left it their,,,the staff atleast try to make an effort to clean the dining area it should take at least lees than 5 minutes to clean and mop the area,,Iunderstand that the customers shouldn't be dirty and fifthy,,but it unfortunate that this happens.???? Inconsistent with other Chipotles. Small burritos. Overly add sour cream. Different amounts of rice on same bowls. Counter... manager was pretty rude. He was angry I ordered 4 items and said I should use the app next time.
