Don?t recommend. The staff person making my order was deliberately slow and clearly didn?t care at all. I?ve gone to this Chipotle multiple times per week since it?s opened. The quality of food, portions, cleanliness, and managers... attitude has been on a steady decline over the past year and these last few visits have cemented I?ll never return. Manager isdownright rude and contradictory of themselves. I?ve reported this store to corporate multiple times and never fails - the timeI visited to redeem a reward for awful treatment the last time around, they manage to flub it. I placed a order online and did not receive my food it. I put the order for delivery spent over $100.00 including tip. received... a confirmation letting me know that the driver from door dash was delivering the food the food never got delivered. I did callthe restaurant and the MANAGER WAS VERY NASTY, when you are spending money like this and to be treated the way CHIPOTLEemployees did is unspeakable. THIS IS FOR THE STORE ON WABASH. Not just one time issue, I have many issues from past visits. Always busy and unorganized. Pick up order is not even ready for... pick up on time. One time there was whole sandwich on the floor that nobody cleaned. Some employees don?t know what they aredoing so they charged me extra that?s not supposed to be on my bill. Instead of taken care of it, I was so disrespected. I wasso mad but I wasn?t about to waste my energy for $3 but still.. On top of that, I came home and the steak wasn?t even cookedwell.
