The best Chai and Indian-Nepali street food in town! I am not much of a chai person but I am hooked to their chai. They have so... many different variety of chai. Recently tried their turmeric chai and the flavor and aroma was a 10/10! Perfect chai for thefall and winter. I like their chat options, we tried the aloo chaat, bhel puri, and samosa chaat and they were so tasty!! Icould keep eating them. The Kathmandu chicken momos are also a 10/10. I always order them when I am there. They have to twolocations. One on Michigan Avenue and the other on Logan square. I have been to them both and strongly recommend them. Check itout and enjoy delicious chai and snacks. Read more

Ordered momos and aloo chat. Momos were soooo bad, the worst i have had. The traditional filling in momos is just simple veg... stir fried but here the momos had some kale trike thing? It was kinda nasty tbh. They look so pretty but tasted so bad. Couldn?teven come close to finishing it. After the first one, no one went to a second momo. And you know one momo is not enough but thiswas bad Aloo chat was fine at best. It was sweet and clearly didn?t have the punch that aloo chat needs to have. Felt like thefood was very whitewashed Read more

Samosas and a chicken dish. Kind of expressive ngl. We had to wait for the chicken to be thawed so that was like 20 more minutes... but other than that it was quick. Idk if the ac was broken but it was quite stuffy inside. Read more

Cute Indian cafe with many authentic tea choices. Many can be served hot or cold. Wished I could have ordered a snack but the... food wasn?t ready. So I ate some crackers. Not sure why they weren?t prepared. No restroom. Tea was delicious. Read more

Love this spot. Delicious chai options, fantastic (and perfectly spicy) food options. An absolute must try in the loop. Not to... mention the beautiful mural inside -- always a treat when I visit. My staples here are the samosa chaat (a nice snack with abalance of hearty and crunchy), and either the chicken or the paneer spicy masala curry bowl. The portion size is a little onthe small side, so maybe plan for an extra snack (such as the chaat!) if you're extra hungry. But if you do not shy away fromfresh and spicy curries, this is a fantastic lunch option. I have tried a few of their chais as well but my heart still belongsto the traditional chai. Not too sweet, perfectly aromatic and well-balanced. Very delicious and heart-warming. Read more
