I’ve had their food in the past, in other places and it was always great! The Oyster Mushroom Wings were amazing!!! They were... done very well, with love and care.The sauce was incredible as well. I recommend you also try their house Conscious Sauce alongwith others. You get a bang for your buck. I was able to share from the great portion size and I was still very satisfied. Ilove the food and the staff is warm and amazing. The owner is a gem and it’s awesome to have a restaurant like this in thatneighborhood! I came here one evening as I heard about this restaurant opening. It's a beautiful location and the vibe was really nice. I... ordered a smoothie and the oyster wings and avocado fries. After waiting 30 minutes, I had no food and noticed that no one elsein the restaurant that came before me had any food. I spoke to another customer and she said she was waiting 55 minutes. I washungry and just didn't feel like waiting any longer and got a refund. That wait time is not reasonable, especially for friedfoods. Some members of the staff were behind the counter burning sage. Like I get setting the vibe, but where is the urgency forgetting the orders completed in a rational amount of time? I would come again once they got things figured out. I've been loving CP forever and I am very PROUD of Latrell and his team. On my visit to the new store I enjoyed a delicious... Blueberry Smoothie, The Avocado ???? Toast and The Cajun Bites and I was NOT disappointed. The space is a beautiful reflectionof all of their hard work. Read more
Had the Sunday brunch and it was delicious. We split 2 orders between 3 people and it was plenty for a filling lunch. Each order... is $25. It came with quinoa grits, chickpea scrambled eggs, funnel cake, and a smoothie. The flavors went well together - salty,umami, sweet, and salty. The wait was around 5 min. The staff were kind, welcoming, and energizing. I’m excited to visit theirnew space when they move soon AND to try other options, since on sundays they only offer the brunch plate. Read more
Food is TRASH, order on Friday August 12,2022 via online. I purchased the fried oyster mushroom and onion rings with a side of... barbecue sauce. ORDER ARRIVES: Onion rings are soggy, they are salty and very spicy as if too much cayenne pepper was used. Theoyster mushrooms!-___- Were disgusting. The texture made it appear as if they were frozen and thawed or expired! I literallytook one bite of an onion ring and one bite of a mushroom and instantly became nauseous. The oyster mushroom appeared to befried in old or dirty grease. Very dark and burnt spots on the outside but mushy and soggy on the inside. No barbecue sauce camewith my order and the cardboard box contained ALOT OF GREASE from food. Nothing was strained. Read more
Tbh I don’t know what is in the brunch box, but I loved it and I would eat it again and again after that!! Best $25 I’ve... ever spent, and the entire staff was pleasant. The alkaline life is so much better!!! Read more
I was so excited, but ended up disappointed! I placed an order online for the Sunday brunch, which was a mix of several... things... strawberry glazed waffles, chickpea eggs, BBQ oyster mushroom wings, and a mango smoothie. The wait was ridiculous!Took close to 20 mins after my order was supposed to be ready... and the food, was awful! Certainly not appealing to the eye andlacking in taste.The waffle wasn't hot and ended up being 1/2 a waffle. The BBQ wings were mushy. But, the smoothie wasdelicious! I’ve been rocking with this excellent restaurant since their first retail location. Congrats on the move the food is still as... good as the first time I tasted it and was shocked. I can’t say a favorite from this place as ALL of their food I’ve had hasbeen outstandingly scrumptious. Flavorful with a lot of twist and did I say it’s Vegan!!!! Read more
